Mr Finegold puts the FUN in FUNdamental chess! I like this guy. If someone says to me: "I give you 3 phrases and you need to guess who it is: .... teeeerrible, terrible / ....i hate when that happens / king e7, BAMM" i for sure reply: "Thats for sure my man Ben Finegold.... same BMI as i have but 1500 ELO-points higher rated than me"

Maybe it's for the best that I live in Indiana and can't be at the Chess Club. I would be like Owen and sometimes kicked out of the Club because when GM Finegold says "Okay, let's go back to the planet Earth and call on this guy" or "This is a coincidence, I don't wanna scare anyone... I looked at hundreds of games, 'cause I work really hard here" (*insanely hilarious pose snapshot*), or "You're not having a flashback, although maybe you are", and many others, I would be laughing so hard that I'd be a disruption.
Mr Finegold, your style and balls are great. Although I dont believe your guts are exactly shown in these videos I can tell you have plenty.

I had a book with a game by master Teichmann who had black pcs playing against a consulting team of 5 students. Every time players guessed the black's next move Teichmann surprised his opponents by moving his king one step up the board until he reach the enemy's king and managed to win the game in a very similar fashion. So, it is highly likely that Short knew that game and played this game from the memory.
8:00, I know he's talking to kids, but he glosses over a very important move here. Short wrecks his own queen-side pawn structure in order to avoid trading queens with black.
