Also who said anything about Nathan Grayson and how does that issue apply here? There have been several people who claimed they heard this exact same thing from sources inside Twitch. It's not one untrustworthy source saying it, it's several people who have no reason to lie about it.
Plain and simple, if Doc didn't do it, he'd have stated unequivocally that he didn't. There are no legal hoops to jump through if you're telling the truth. They can't NDA him into not denying the allegations. Also no one said he committed a crime so not being able to NDA a crime is irrelevant. They were suggesting he was trying to meet up with a minor at Twitchcon. Unless he explicitly stated sexual intent upon meeting that minor, that's not technically illegal, it's just gross behavior. There's a lot of ways for predators to prey on children without technically committing a crime, notably the act of grooming. Whether Doc committed a crime or not isn't relevant, everyone just wants to know if he was actually messaging a minor and trying to meet with them. Which he did not deny doing.
I never understood the near unanimous respect dr. Disrespect once had. He has this persona, but its never enough to be called a "character". Its a schtick that would be funny to your highschool friends at 3am.

If he explicitly denies the allegation then by the process of elimination he is revealing information about the settlement thereby breaking the NDA, which will put him in legal trouble.

Twitch and him agreeing to a settlement between themselves has literally nothing to do with proving ANYTHING.
