I also noticed how Tom is genuine. When he is direct and honest he does not break eye contact. When he talks about Jake, he smiles a lot. I mean A LOT. When he lies he makes up an excuse on the spot(and all the other things you said in the video). When he is deceptive(in terms of trying to get away from something) he stutters.
I'm still hoping for TomJake.

Regardless Jake needs to take a hint, because of his impulsive nature he got Tom kicked off of season 1, and Tom gave Jake SO many chances to not jump to conclusions.
Although Tom is handling this poorly, his bitterness is reasonable and Jake as a person is.. really toxic. Look what he did to James when he 'jumped to conclusions'. Im glad they're focusing on him fixing that part of himself but Tom deserves better.
