He explained that "throwaway" meant that it didn't fit the sound of the old album or the new one he would release, it was just a random song, and the rough draft really isn't really as produced as his songs normally are or like OKRA, even tho it still sounds good.

T put the words 'His rose tinted cheeks' (multiple times): '...and his rose tinted cheeks', 'and his rose tinted cheeks, gone' in his twitter bio before flower boy dropped last year. He made his bio 'black flag/af' (which you can find in this song) within days of it being: 'its his roooooose tinted cheeks.' Check @tylersbio. In the movie '20th century woman' their car is vandalized with the words 'Art Fag' and 'Black Flag.' He wrote this draft in 2016 (when he met Wyatt) and he references Clearwater ('Like that water up north, so clear') where he stayed in a house with Jasper, Taco, Lionel, and Wyatt. He said in a Shane Show interview that their time in Clearwater was his 'November'; they would ride their bikes and he was writing the jellies. In August last year, he posted a screenshot of the movie '20th Century Woman' (which he references in this song before saying 'we BF as AF') days before his bio was 'Coldwater' (a November lyric), and he continues the 'freezing' metaphor in this song. I think it’s the amped voice and the subtle but goofy “roooooose tiiinted cheeeeeks” he drops throughout the song. Has a more bouncy vibe where as a lot of the songs on flowerboy had a more serious vibe. Still woulda been epic on the album
