1- Is travel insurance mandatory? Some travels says its mandatory, and some says its not, but it is recommended.
2- Converting to Lari is better right? because converting US dollar from UAE and then again to Lari would be expensive right when you consider exchange rate two times?
1. As per my source Travel insurance is mandatory now and it will not cost much
2. during my visit i could-not find much lari from exchanges in UAE and my friend advised me to use dollar
US dollar is accepted all over Georgia and we need lari in local shops and for small activities , but major activity charges like paragliding and snow ride etc payment can be done as dollar would be more convenient moreover you can use credit cards wherever accepted - also once you come back dollar would be easy to convert if any left in your wallet as it is fixed rate.

Actually the snow period is like dec, jan and feb but you have to check is there snow still before you book end of the march

Hi we are planning to go this 15 th December and return on 21st December.I have passport valaidity.But my visa expires on December 23rd.Is there any travel issue will be there
As per my knowledge visa should be valid for dates of travel.6 month validity is not required for visa. But passort needs 6 month validity atleast. I would recommend to recheck in your case since it too close to expiry and if by any chance you are delayed it may cause problems
