Miss Bleu well if all the girls came back they would have to be paid a lot because that's what they argued over than money they said that they weren't being paid in off like TLC they were selling loads of albums but not getting the rewards that the working for that's why they split but I believe the two girls just enjoy the performance more than the money I think that's why they still carrying on good on them

It's like Harriet Tubman said- she could have freed thousands more if only they knew they were slaves. They wouldn't have had to have done so many appearances to make money if they had renegotiated their royalties like Maxine & Dawn wanted. I don't know what they're going to do for money when they're too old to perform. I hope they invested those 2 cents per sale well! I suspect they did. That's why they could afford to not rock the boat. To each his own. They did what worked for them and you never know something for sure unless you were there. Even then, it's only your perspective!

What I love about En Vogue is that they are rare out if all the female groups they never stop performing even with the ups and downs and I just want to say thank you Cindy n Terry for continuing the legacy of En Vogue
Amen! I’m gonna go see em in a few weeks! Their consistency has also afforded me the chance to know and appreciate Rhona. Will always love the OGs, but for me now she’s as much a part of EV’s legacy as they are.

These ladies are what true music is all about. I would LOVE to see the original four back together but it's understandable why Dawn and Maxine left. They were putting in all the work and @ the height of their careers they were making squat while the record company and their agent were getting rich. Rhona is a good fit with Terry and Cindy. All five together would be intense.

Well I can only speak for myself and I would go their performances because these set of Envogue ladies can sing. No they are not the original 4. Everything must change and no one stay the same. Either you like them or you don't. If you keep on hoping that the original members will get back together than you will be disappointed and you might miss out on the good music these ladies will be putting out. Nothing stay the same for that the way of time and no one stay the same. Remember that song.
Always since they first came out with there first song back in the day I really enjoyed listening to there songs so glad they are back together but I forgot about what happen with dawn & maxine will love to see all the ladies together again much more singing success to you all 🎶🎵🎤

That’s the point. They’re wasn’t. You think of all of their fellow 90s acts. Much like what happened to New Edition a lot of them got screwed over big time financially by the very record label they signed to.That’s also why a lot of them quit the music business to begin with. If they decide to return they go to an independent label. While they may not get the recognition they once had they won’t have to worry about being broke at the end of the day either.

They would have had bigger cheques if the other two had agreed to renegotiate their WHACK contract. They were each earning 2 Cents per record sold. 2 Cents! And the other two were happy with that foolishness. No wonder Dawn wanted to leave. That contract was daylight robbery.

If you remember The New Mickey Mouse Club (1990's), she was one of the original cast members (before the albeit white, more widely known pop culture contemporaries like Justin Timberlake, Britney, Christina, etc.). She also tried going solo with Darkchild after Jamie Foxx Show ended. Look up Rhona Bennett "Satisfied" to get a feel for her.

I agree with the comments about a wasted opportunity to promote the new songs. Now Tom you know dam well who they are, how they came to be and what had happened with Dawn & Maxine. Then they didn't perform any of the new songs?! WTF?! Rocket was just released this past weekend! I always love to hear them sing, but right now it should be all about the new stuff. I'm annoyed that the release is pushed up to March 30th now. What is happening? Why do they keep pushing back the release date? I was hoping they would release it around Xmas time or even New Years. That song Rocket really hit the spot, I guess I'll have to continue to wear out my playlist of their singles. My favs are "I'm Good & Rocket".
M. Garland probably the stars are not in line for this album to happen and plus I feel like Dawn & Max should put there pride to the side and come back to the group that they helped started life too short for the drama

Put their pride to side for what? They left to begin with because they got tired of getting screwed over financially. New Edition and Toni Braxton weren’t the only other ones that has happened to. It happened to Guy(which is why Teddy sung lead on most of the songs on their second album), TLC of course, H-Town , Silk, After 7 to an extent and many many others. You lose the motivation to do what you love to do when that happens.

In all of my years watching En Vogue interviews, the ladies always said they came up with the name (En Vogue). Dawn said she had a friend William who suggested Vogue Unique then they began to play with it: Flor Vogue, Elle Vogue, En Vogue. Why is Terry now saying Denzil Foster came up with the name?
Yeah, En Vogue has been around for nearly 30 years so for Tom to ask them how the group was formed is highly irrelevant. I blame Sheila Eldridge. She is a terrible publicist. Everything should be about the new project.

They're probably as embarrassed about that record as the fans are. Besides "Snowy Nights", the record is a joke. I wish they had better producers with the foresight to do what Pentatonix did years later. "O Holy Night" from An En Vogue Christmas is amazing though.
