Nice! I put the FM 110 Outlaw kit in a 2016 Streetglide Special. Have 48K miles on the kit. It’s been flawless. Bike has 89K miles on it and she just runs. I’m running the TMAX tuner.
Hell yeah!! I’m glad the idle issue was a simple fix. It sounds unreal over the video, I can’t even imagine it in person. We need to get together in the spring so I could check it out! Get a side by side video with the breakout and Lucy! Great work man she’s coming along great
Thanks! I can't wait to take her on the first ride and get a proper Dyno tune. We definitely need to ride sometime! You thinking about going to Sturgis this yr?
Great job hunting down the solution Dave. It's almost like an IT problem, ha ha! Bike looks GORGEOUS but I'm biased for blue. The 110 sounds great, I can't wait to see/hear the test rides!
Thanks for the reply back! Was just curious on your setup. I know I spoke with another you tuber with my cam and throttle body setup and he said his quite a bit more noiser
Great vid bro, I have dyna 96” and will go for 110” as well. Can you please elaborate more on the gained HP and torque and if you will need to upgrade crankshaft/flywheel after the extra power?
I just built a 107 very similar setup yours. And my start is just like yours was. I tried to redownload and reload the map and its still doing that same thing yours was doing. I checked everything for leaks (intake and exhaust and fuel injectors). Did you ever figure out any difference between the download stuff? Mines going to a dyno tuner and hopefully he can remap it correctly.
Sharp bike and sounds killer man! Do You notice a decent amount more engine noise from the build? I’m running almost the same engine combo other than the slightly more aggressive wood 999-6a cam and 58mm HPI. Definitely more engine noise from when mine was stock. Thanks
This motor is nearly dead quiet with this build and I have to put my head down right next to it while riding to hear any top end noise. I upgraded my Dyna last winter with the same components except for 107 cylinders and it is more noisy though.
Great video man. Very detailed. Bike looks and sounds killer. I’m doing the same kit. How’s it ran since? Any issues? Hoping to get my first start up tomorrow.
No issues at all since that video and I have put on a couple thousand miles now. Did you make any videos about your build? I'd love to see the first start if you have a channel.
I don’t have a channel yet but maybe in the future after this bike is 100% complete. I just had a baby so this build has taken longer than expected. I finally finished everything yesterday. I am having the same tune issue as well. When you “re-loaded” the tune, did you delete it off the powervision and re-download it from win pv or did you just re-flash the bike with the same tune? I’ve got basically the same mods. HELP!
@@michaelgurrola1458 I just reflashed with the same tune loaded on the PV. Did you get your map from Fuel Moto? If so you can send them logs from your power vision and they will help you figure out the issue if the tune load doesn't help. The logs will tell them if you have a sensor not working right and which one.
Yeah I got my map and powervision from them, Lucas wrote up my map as well. I was concerned because on the map details it says the map is set up for a 50mm throttle body with 4.9 or 4.6 injectors, i believe. I asked Lucas about this concern before I flashed my bike with it and he ensured me that, the tune was good and that those were just old file details that hadn’t been updated. I’ll call him tomorrow and see if we can’t figure it out.
Why bother building a 110 and run an exhaust like that. You should always run a 2-1 if you want full potential. Like an extra 25-30hp and same for torque by using a 2-1 vs duals. I mean it’s your build Jsut my opinion I Jsut did the outlaw 110 kit from fuel moto and got rid of my short shots for a 2brothers 2-2 for much more power
This build wasn't to chase Dyno numbers and I'm super happy with how it turned out at 120 tq and 116 HP. I just did up my dyna with the exact components this winter but a 107 and a d&d fat cat @ 117 tq and 113 HP. The 2-1 vs 2-2 debate has been going since the invention of performance pipes and I just don't see a major difference between them and my Dyno numbers. Thanks for watching though!

Nice video! Liked having your face while explaining stuff rather than only closeup on the bike! Nice work!!
Thanks! I'm always trying something new. 🤓
Such a beautiful bike fam!!! Love how you replaced some chrome with black.
That badge on the tank is fire
Great Build! Just doing pretty much the same build right now on my road glide.
I have almost the exact same set up on my 15 rgs, I have quite a few thousand miles on it and it’s been great! Good choice!
Good going. You have inspiring videos. I enjoy them all.
Thank you very much !
Sounds good brother! Let's go ride! lol

Thanks for your video- I was worried about heat cycles and doing the 110 kit. Great job
wow sounds amazing fam!! definitely one of my fav bikes i've seen in a minute!!
Beautiful bike man and she sounds amazing!!
It sounds and looks awesome man!!!
I like the mustang seat check them out they may have a cool seat for this bike
Very cool homeboy 👊🏻
Thanks dog. I miss ya man... Keep in touch.

One thing fuel moto also had me do was check the throttle position sensor. Maybe unplug and replug it in?

Great sound bro , what type of exhaust is that ?
Sounds we dream of.
Total Eargasum. 👂Love that shade of Blue as well 💙👌
Yes on the color! One of the reasons I got this bike.
Do you have any compression releases to help with start up? Considering the same kit for my sgs

Is it worth the money to upgrade a 103 to a 110.

what lift is that you have

Just stock ones

Nope. Looking for a 2-1 that I like still.

Bro no exhaust on the market is adding 25-30 hp your full of shit no matter what system your running it’s more like 10-15 hp difference tops
He did mention hed be considering new pipes Next spring.
