The Non-Fiction Days use to be their go-to closer. When the song ended, the Maids would give Miku her few seconds to say goodbye, bow, and then all quickly walk off stage. The crowd felt like they'd been run over by a speeding freight train of awesomeness. It all felt so good and the fans wanted more! But they were leaving... until next time! Thx, Johnny!
The Non-Fiction Days use to be my favorite Band-Maid song until i heard their instrumentals ! It's still in my top ten along with twenty other songs =) Check out "Without Holding Back" MV Thanks Johnny You Rock !
Probably a top three for me from the Tiny Hat Era. Really well written and executed song. Standouts for me are MISA’s scale rundown (@2:33) into the second chorus and Kanami’s extra bluesy chord walking down into the outro (beginning at 4:35) The sort of extra bits Band Maid has always put into their music. Doing straightforward, cut and paste verses and choruses work for plenty of artists. But Band Maid are special.
If you haven't done them there are a couple others with Day in the titles. Both are softer than this one. 'Daydreaming' & 'Before Yesterday'. Both are older but great.

The shorter songs are great it makes it possible for them to put 22 to 25 songs in a set which they do quite regularly.
Wow, long sets if they do that many in a live show!
