2:28, you have to find an app that can edit files, edit settings.ini from the RDSK and rename DevMenu=false to DevMenu=true and EngineDebugMode=false to EngineDebugMode=true. If you don't understand, it's okay you can find another tutorial :)

1. You need the 1.30 version of the game 2. follow steps in video 3. then go to rdsk
You need to go the the "settings" section or while in game tap the "pause" button and you should see the setting: "Dev Menu"

If you don't see dev menu your meant to open rsdk4 app and it basically sonic 2 with just a dev menu
I added a mod but in the mod list it doesn't appear (btw I added a rar file to the mods folder)
I think you should open the rar and copy the paste inside of the rar on the mods list

You need a editor code app and change the devmode to devmode/true
Download CX from the playstore, find the settings.ini file just like you do in ZArchiver and if you see enabledevmenu:false, rename the false to true

Most android sonic mod files like this are RDSK for example sonic mania mobile is RDSK V5 and sonic cd is rdsk v3

For me it works and its a older version cuz the sega at the start is just the normal blue sega not the shiny sega
