I miss the English subtitles. I miss Nino making fun of us. I miss him bragging about a cute new kitchen gadget. I miss him giving us kitty updates. I will continue to watch. But now I find I will let the videos pile up for a couple weeks instead of clicking right away. I still enjoy the cooking lesson, but there are 1,000s of channels of cooking lessons. There were no others that made me laugh like this channel used to. I hope the missing subtitles are a temporary thing.
if you want to see Nino talking in the subs, you can switch the subs language to Vietnamese first, and then switch it again to Auto-Translate and choose whichever language you want. but you have to switch to the Vietnamese subs first because it's the only one that he talks in. i use this to auto-translate the vietnamese subs into english and it works for me

To everyone who misses the subtitles just as much as I do: 0:21: Separate the egg yolks and whites so they can't gossip about your nonexistent personality 0:53: Mix the ingredients together like how you wish you and your crush could ever connect 1:18: Start mixing the egg whites like you're high on cocaine (because you probably are) 3:43: Tada!!!!! The cake looks so good :) It looks so perfect and complete, unlike you :))))) Some tips: -Make sure to only whip the egg whites until soft peak, which was the consistency in the video (shown through the way the peak kind of fell at 2:01); don't whip it into firm peaks or anything more, which could create air bubbles in the final product. -When folding the egg whites into the egg yolks, first fold in about a fourth or a third of the egg whites into the yolk mixture to lighten the batter before putting the rest of the yolk mixture in, like he did. -When you're folding the egg yolk into the rest of the egg whites, it's easier to use a spatula, although you can just follow the video if you want.

Has anyone else noticed big changes in recent videos? There's no cute little figures, it's much faster paced (for example, he'd always sieve something like cake flour, now he dumps it in) and overall he'd work slower and the videos would be longer and a lot more calmer. And on top of this does anyone know what happened to the kittens that were in those few videos and then vanished? No hate or anything but I'm really surprised no older fans are saying anything...
