Okay, as an action figure collector whose Marvel Legends main focus is X-Men I had to go ahead and grab the Pulse exclusive Mojoworld set with Mojo, Longshot and Dazzler......okay, and Wolverine. One, I ended up liking the colors on Mojo better, and I've been waiting for a new Longshot for years, but really, it comes down to Dazzler to this Outback loving guy. I had to have it.

I love that the 4 pack dazzler just has the shocked expression of the “you studied for the test for 2 weeks and still got a F-“ or “walked into the room at the wrong time” kind of shocked 😳. It’s just hilarious.
To cement Mojo as the ultimate villain, he should have been flocked.
Then it wouldn't be in my house!
I'm surprised how much I like that Dazzler. The original is fine, especially for the steep discount I got it at, but this one just looks a lot more 80s and nicer in general (for this price, it better!). Mojo looks good with his booger-y grossness, but I kinda, just *barely* prefer the pasty grossness of the retail one.
Yeah, after the video I went to move figures into the office and I ran into indecision on which Mojo is making the display. I'm still pondering. But yeah, I was hyped for Longshot, and I still like it, but Dazzler is my surprise hit. I knew I wanted that version but in hand it just rocks. So simple but so perfect.

@10:47, to me the real world counterpart for this figure's face mold seems to be Sting the way he looked in the 80s.
As you were zoomed in on the face and turning it around, Sting in the movie Dune kept flashing through my head-movies.
I got this set because the Mojo looked better than the separate release as well as the Longshot and Dazzler for the 80's Outback X-Men. The "Baby" Wolverine really could have been left out, or they should have really tried to do the version of him from the 80's comics. It just looks so out of place in the set...and BS that it is counted as "a fourth figure"
I wish that one of the Dazzler hands was in the gun finger pointing shape that she always would use when firing off her lasers. That's the one thing they keep missing with all the various figures of her so far. Otherwise this set is fantastic (except for that pointless Wolverine thing). Oh and Yes, yes we do need an X-babies set, very very much. XD
Longshot looks like he's about to star in Dune, or sing Roxanne.
Having these in-hand, plus the retail Mojo...I actually like the retail Mojo better overall. The only thing I'd add from the Mojoworld set would be that extra paint on the hair and other metal bits
I think the 4Pack Mojo's chair is a darker grey. Wolverine could have had arms that went up and down. Love that Dazzler look. Would love to merge the disco and this look. Longshot looks great.
Now just to wait for Spiral!

Wish we could get some Arthur Adams figures including baby Xmen and the Fantastic four, etc.
Gave my retail Mojo a full repaint, I'm really happy with it! Probably won't get this set, but the packaging is super cool! Can't wait for Spiral now!
I watched that the other day, phenomenal job. I can only hope to do half as good when I decide to paint one or the other here.

I received mine the other day. It's my first ever con exclusive and I love it. I feel like Longshot has a footloose kevin bacon look.
Seeing those comparisons I really want to see a new Punk Storm and cant wait for Outback Rogue (Mohawk mullet look)

Outback Rogue is my favourite Rogue. The old Marvel Infinite 3'75" I own is nice but not enough.
I would have been more excited if I started collecting this year, I would have started with the VHS line and this would have been a fun center piece to the VHS tape boxes.
He has three fingers. The slightly cartoonish eyes works so well with that lol
With longShot, when you use a different hand that doesn’t have those blades, you can turn the strap on his chest around.
Giving so much attention to this series makes wonder about them adding mojos storyline to marvels multiverse

Our first VCR had a record button clicker and a wire that crossed the room. Kids don't know how good they got it these days, haha.
That Dazzler head sculpt looks exactly like my girlfriend, make up and all, that's crazy! I just screenshot it and sent it to her. As a lifelong X-Men fan, she was pumped. haha
I'm really happy with how this pack turned out; even when they revealed Longshot and Mojo were being released separately I stuck with my preorder for it because the new Dazzler was a big part of the draw, especially because I was intending to (and have done now) turn some parts from the Retro Card Dazzler into alternate parts for this one, with a little dremeling to the shoulder-peg hole on the torso to make arm-swapping easier. I now have this Dazzler on the shelf wearing the belt, jacket-vest piece and jacketed arms from the Retro Card one and I"m really liking it.
That dazzler really sells it for me. It's such a great looking figure.
I took my Mastermold head and put it on Mojos base! Looks fantastic!!!!!

This longshot should've came with the satchel and the other head sculpt instead of the standalone figure. It would be made this box set more premium with more accessories.

The packaging is crazy, I think it's worth an upcharge, when it's a awesome as this was.

I remember the old 80s TV, we had a Hitachi but with buttons instead of dial (Slightly modern I guess). And yes I was the remote😆

Finally got these in hand as of Christmas Day. Mojo is much bigger than I thought and that’s coming from someone who has watched like 6 video reviews on this 4 pack. I love this pack though. Having a lot of fun posing these figures in my collection. Plus I’m actually displaying the boxes of these figures. Yeah the packaging is fun to play with too. Definitely glad I chose these ones over the retail releases. Still baffles me as to why they went with Baby Wolverine and not Spiral for this pack.
Longshot is one of my favorite Marvel characters. Whether you like the accessory or not, he is missing the satchel. I would have to look at my X-Men comics to see if he still had it during those runs. I know he had it in his limited series and other appearances. I have the Toy Biz version and I believe it appears taller but thinner than that version. I really like the one I have, but will definitely pick up the retrocarded one when it comes out. I can't wait to see your outback X-Men team when completed. Do you have an idea for Gateway?
Not yet, I need to start hunting Gateway fodder. And looking at my ref pic folder, Longshot does seem to have the satchel in all of the pics I have. Granted, it's mostly covers but it's still there. Not like I was passing on the retro version though....gaaaah. The shine wore off he Toy Biz pretty quick, it's gangly proportions and (now) outdated articulation and engineering had me itching for a new one for years.

YUP. The satchel is the only reason I'm going to pick up the single carded Longshot.
For this, you can keep the figures, I want the Kool 80's packaging. And yes, I think in the 70's/80's Parents had Kids just to change the TV channel. My first jobs were TV Channel Changer, and Driving my Parents crazy, and Chores and...
Longshot is totally Sting.

The upcoming retro Ghost Rider would look so cool on this body! Would you rather see it all blue or black? Maybe black with blue highlights haha

Longshot's face is definitely inspired by Sting. The resemblance is undeniable.
I really prefer this Mojo, the standalone Longshot, and of course Dazler is the major factor here, to me. Wanted no part of that Wolverine.
I painted the fingernails on my retail Mojo silver and I really do prefer it to the dark yellow exclusive.

On top of the price and not being too interested in owning a Dazzler and Longshot, the single release paler/sicklier look of the single pack Mojo is a bit closer to my mental image of the character. This for me is an easy skip, but it's cool for those who want it.
Oh yeah, if there's no interest then yeah, definite pass.
@@TheFwoosh I don't mind the yellow or extra cable paint, for me I think it's the splotches. To me they're so prominent that they look more like flecks of paint rather than actual marks on skin that are meant to be there, it just comes off a bit more toy-ish to me. Then again, I haven't seen it in person so maybe it'd look better, but for me the less detailed version looks more natural, well, as natural as Mojo can look.
For me I'm mostly done with my main X-Men display, currently I've got the ideal team members I want in the ideal looks, and I don't expand out to X-Force/Factor etc., just not attached enough to them, but the X-villains I'm happy to add to and Mojo is a very distinct one. It's just a shame he'll be on another shelf since I can't fit him into my X-villains display currently.
I swapped the new Sentry head for a modern longshot look. It’d be cool to have the knife throwing effect too.

They need to make Power Pack. Then they would have a variety of young bucks (Not the Cucamonga kind). Then they could be used for Franklin & Valeria, and possibly X-Babies.

Thx Robo. I’m still torn on this set. Outback is my team. I really want this Dazzler and I prefer this Longshot. But I hate the price and that useless Wolvie. If they had included the proper x-baby I probably wouldn’t have canceled my order. I may still get it though and just sell the parts I don’t want
I found my old Toy Biz Mojo BAF buried deep in a closet the other day. It looked so nasty, but I wasn’t sure if that was from age and grime, or if it was just... you know, how it was released 😬 😆
Agreed! The little wolverine and the price was killing me but after seeing mojo difference and the other figures are making a serious impression on me! Really like that long shot character!
The toy version of marvel comics mojo from this boxset collection has more details than the retail release one witch makes it the more accurate version if anybody agrees with me on that let me know
I would LOVE to get a set of X-Babies figurines in Art Adams art style! I also wish Hasbro had taken this opportunity to give Dazzler finger gun hands, since she was always bragging to Havok about how much more precise her lasers were compared to his huge blasts.

Who would have thought I'd be happy to get a third Dazzler? Not me, for sure, but I am. I will still need the retro Longshot because eye flashes just do it for me.
As far as height goes, I always saw Longshot as shorter and slighter than the rest of the guys on the team. Maybe because of the whole hollow bones thing.

Yeah, when I looked it up and saw they list him as 6'2" I thought.......naw. I just don't picture him that tall. Like I said, he works in relative scale to the rest for me, just certain things throwing it off.
They really should have put a Spiral or a version of Spiral with some tv's and controls in this pack version

Tha is for the review I have not opened the mojo world set yet, but Robo when you said there is no other figure that could use the Long Shot body Because of the star and I started think Marvel New Universe Star Brand , the body would work bit the star brand is different. But it is an option. I'm still hoping for New Universe Marvel legends and I'm probably the only one.

I'd say the disco dazzler would be 70's, then this boxed set one is 80's and the one with the jacket 90's.

Want that Dazzler to replace my gummy kneed currently owned version. Any ideas on how to fix that? Tried the cold water trick; but, over time, the knees still go wonky.
I'm curious what makes them that way in the first place. It's not all the figures but every once in a while, some of the joints come out very gummy and that sucks for articulation.
@@johnrazvaliaeff I have it on a couple of figures. One of my Scarlett Witches, Selene the Black Queen and that Dazzler that I can think of off the top of my head.
I posed my boom boom a couple of times and now she has two "broken legs". I swear they use rice to make those knee joints

Baby Wolverine is my new favorite thing in the whole wide world. Nope, that's a dirty bold face lie. Other than Wolverine, this box set is good. So we got a TV box set with remote and TV guide. We have VHS boxed figures. Does this mean at some point they will release a VCR VHS player box set, or a gaming console box set?

It's the Robbie Reyes body on Longshot so I'm guessing they'll release him without the car later
They used Longshot parts to prototype Robbie, not sure if that means he'll see release later.

Naw, they both have the same two heads, I just didn't swap them out to match. Look at the loose heads I compare, those are the opposites.

if you look again, Longshots entire body is smaller.

Spiral should have been in this pack, not that stupid little Wolverine. I’m so glad I got this on Hasbro Pulse’s warehouse sale otherwise I could never justify spending $132. The packaging is absolutely brilliant though, but it really was an obvious money grab for Hasbro to not include Spiral, and make her separate.
