If there aren't( i mean there is no spell card rules in undertale) Which means.. she'll kill anyone in her path easily considering how Touhou characters Does danmaku 24/7 And Sakuya would be unbeatable especially On how limitless she has in her powers Spamming spell cards for fun.
But there are rules about turns that are impossible to disregard unless you're Frisk. Taking that into account, a character could have an infinite turn, making Sakuya unable to attack or do anything, thus managing to contain her until finding a way to stop her.
I know which video you are referring to. And yes, I was inspired by that one, that's why I left the credits. Although I want to improve it even more, I feel that it can still be better.
