Thank you for crediting it took me time making those exhibitions. I do like the story of link tho there stuff i disagree with but during my years of playing dot hack link and finally getting to play it fully translated made me like it alot. There some unique ost tracks in .hack//link a total of 32 tracks that have been extended by Ethyn Valen on youtube some of tracks are amazing to listen. I do have a bit of tips for gameplay my bad if it's long. For Gameplay: There is another reason for creating accessories is that they have passive effects like petit-quick break, 1 time revive etc. i think a total of 6 titles have passive effects like treasure lover that gives you petit-q break for breaking enemies break gauge faster for unison combos. There link card system that allows you to enter specific words to gain items/virus cores/characters like Zelkova, Ovan & Helba. the words are gained from doing the main story & sub-scenarios. even the tales of graces costumes for Haseo & Ovan. Link play mode is a multiplayer mode where you go up towers of easy, normal and hard. It's also an alternate way to unlock Zelkova, Ovan & Helba they also give virus cores and omega virus cores. As for virus core farming you can only gather 50 of each core. characters with virus core+ in there cross rengeki : Tsukasa, Subaru, BlackRose, Orca, Helba, Kite Silabus, Kuhn, Kite (Sora) Leave them at job rank 1 for core farming cuz of damage. Some character's link judges ask them to leave or copy what they did in the series like for example mistral tell them no because tokio does low damage and you have a harder time clearing areas. There are some attack cancels you can do like in .hack//gu but not much. Tokio second skills Cutter Wave and his Xth form one move is best for mobs because low sp and quick skill recharge, even works for bosses to because of hitstun. Tokio doubleware passive skill is great, he copies some of other characters passive abilities that helps in boss fights. When you job rank tokio to 2nd Job Rank he learns dash+ which makes it way easier to break enemies with his dash attack.
Thank you for putting those videos together! I've also pinned this comment since it contains helpful information for those who want to get into the game.

Gonna save this video to watch later since i i'm playing .Hack Link rn too with the translation! I promise i'll come back, though it might take a while. The game is huge.
personally I think Link is a great game. the musics are amazing and the levels are fun. I am playing it on the PPSSPP on my modded switch which kind of stinks sometimes. I am the dude who spent 500gp on the game then after that makes a background image.
I do think LINK is underrated the more I play it. I’m kind of juggling back and forth on it this is better than IMOQ. I like the story of IMOQ way better but the gameplay in LINK has a good foundation that builds off of GU. I’ll have to see when I finish the game, but so far I’m liking it.
