Lashing in Layers using the Halo Lash System. No voiceover. Just lash with me. UV Lash System.

Lashing in layers can be daunting when you don’t know what that is. This would be technically called the double patch technique. This is because one patch is placed down for the lower lashes, and another is placed on top of the top lashes. Then you pull out the top layer of the lashes and are able to lash easily. Once the top layer is fully lashed, then you remove the pad, and use the pad for taping the top layer up, exposing the bottom layer.
When this technique is done, typically the top layer is 2-4mm longer than the bottom layer. You can also mix lash curls. Try some D curl on the top layer, and C or CC curl on the bottom. Try some fans on the bottom with spikes on the top. Try classics on the top and YY on the bottom!

This is so great! I'm brand new to lashing and had such a hard time in my first human today. I didn't know about lashing in layers. But I'm also using a uv set up so this is perfect!

Yeah!! You got this! Lashing in layers helps so much with speeding up your time, and the best is if you get the top layer and the bottom layer, you have a full look! Especially when you are just starting and 100% coverage sometimes is out of the question.

I am using the system called Halo from evlolash.com and I have seen a huge improvement in retention!
