    Thank you. I made sure to subscribe to your channel. Im barley going to a class to learn to lash. Im the type of person who studies a lot before getting into anything new. I do this even if im thinking of getting a new pet ive never had. I research research research before doing anything. Then after doing so much research for a long time. I start my journey. Im hoping by watching researching will really help me. Im a patient person who takes their time in any project i do. So im hoping to learn quickly and be good quickly. I know it takes time for everyone and im willing to take the time. Im willing to learn and practice. Also financially with 3 kids i need help. I do have disabilities. So i cant really work. This industry seemed perfect. I can work on my schedule and not stand all day. So this seems perfect for me to do. Im so grateful for your videos. Im going to make sure to rewatch while i also practice.

    This particular client being used as an example is going to terrify a beginner. It looks a hot mess of lashes where the natural lashes are near impossible to see....

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  9 місяців тому

      your right it is very intimidating but its something we all have to learn in order to be able to lash everyone. Some clients have a lot of lashes while others hardly have any but as a lash artist we must be able to lash all kinds of lashes even the ones that look like a hot mess. Thats why I recommend and teach the lashing in layers because it helps move some lashes out of the way so we can work in sections and not be intimated by the amount of lashes. It can be done as long as you have patience and take your time.

    So when I’m lashing in layers the bottom section / middle section & the top section will be the same number as long as it’s in the same section for example if it’s in the 10 section they’d all be 10 or do you switch it up?

    • @NessaTorti
      @NessaTorti Рік тому

      Yes that’s correct. Unless you want to add spikes on the top layer of lashes for a wispy effect then you’d use a longer length but other than that everything stays the same:)

    Will lashing in a room with an ac on cause the lash glue to effect it from drying quick ? Is a humidifier necessary?

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  2 роки тому +3

      Depending on what temperature you have it on. Always check your glue to see the instructions on what humidity and temperature it works best in.

    • @jenniferalvarez8476
      @jenniferalvarez8476 2 роки тому +2

      I’m curious on this too! My room is really small so with the AC on it feels like an Igloo in my room. I’ve started covering the Ac with a rag once it hits 75 and found my retention to be so much better. I feel like in a way with the Ac on it kind of freezes the glue making it harder to place if that makes sense.

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  2 роки тому +2

      Remember humidity makes your glue dry faster so try using a slower dry time glue of that's happening to you. Your glue works best in room temperature of 70-73° so having it higher than that can also affect your glue. If your struggling with your glue drying too fast use a glue with 2-5 sec dry time.

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  2 роки тому +2

      I use my phone camera. I have a Samsung phone and it has a feature of 100× zoom without distorting the footage. The only thing is it makes it look a little dark but at least I'm able to get up close. I've used my expensive canon camera and it doesn't even zoom up the way my phone does. You need a tripod to be able to hold your phone on the position you need it to stay and zoom on all the way.

    hey
    your video is very interesting. I have a question. Don't you divide the rows into different lengths? So there are, for example, three rows of eyelashes, you would go from 14.13 to 12. I couldn't see that in the video. Please help 😊

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  Рік тому

      Hey Hun. If you are going for that look then you can do that. But lashing in layers doesn't necessarily mean your using different lengths within the layers. I I did mention that tip in the video. I have different lashing in layers videos were I do talk about using different lengths but I didn't do it for this particular set.

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  2 роки тому +1

      No never lash the baby lashes. Only mid size to longer ones. I like to consider them teenager and adult lashes. If you lash the small baby ones you will damage them so avoid those.

    What type of fans are you using here? I have started using a 10D long stem and I am not getting the fullness I would like to see as far a volume set goes. They work great for a whispy style lash though.

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  2 роки тому

      No I'm making fans as I go. Just because I'm so zoomed in and the way I edit it might seem like I am. My recommendation is to make your own fans. Using premade fans will never give you that density and fullness you are going for. If you haven't taken a volume or megavolume course I highly recommend it because they will teach you how to create density in your sets. Also remember that it all depends on your clients natural lashes on how dense you can create a set and also make sure to lash 90-100% to get full coverage.
