18 Min Hip Mobility Class

- If you’re working on your hip mobility, here’s a great 18 minute class to try. This class explores internal and external rotation of the femur, extension and flexion, and has both stretching and activation. Ideally to be repeated multiple times per week, this class should help you become a little more open through the hips. Hope you enjoy!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS class, I tweaked my knee about a year ago running a half marathon and still haven't healed all the way, but knee and hips are connected and I was FEELING this one. Thank you for another great class!

Thank you Candace. With a pelvic floor shift and hamstring pull inhale struggled to get mobility back and this was fantastic and more impactful than my PT exercises. So good!

Amazing routine. I spend to much focus on stretching my hips but this routine really makes my hips feel so much better. Definitely incorporating this routine into my week. Perfect way to start the day after my morning dog walk! Thanks so much for sharing
You're SO welcome - and that's really common. A lot of times we sit in positions that signal to us that we're "tight" but really we just need a little bit of activation and some mobility work around the joint. So glad this was helpful to you!
