I would say Beloved Man from Amouage is very elegant. The same goes for Galloway from PdM. From the designer part there is no getting around L’instant de Guerlain. That coffee note is 🔥. New York intense and Montobacco Verano are very nice frags, but quite potent. So if you’re heavy on the trigger there a bit less elegant 😊
I love classy and elegant scents. I feel most Chanel Excluifs and Maison Violet are super elegant and well-crafted. My favorites are Cuir de Russie, Coromandel, Sketch and Un Air D’Apogee. I have smell a couple fragrances from Joraboham and Parfum De Nicholai and they are super nice as well. Very curious on testing more of them.

I’ve only smelled a few from the house, what what I’ve smelled form Parfums de Nicolai I’ve really enjoyed. I’ll order some decants to explore the house further.
Nicolai definitely does not get much attention by the online community. If I were to guess, it would be that she doesn't give out free bottles. Yet, she has six boutiques in Paris, a boutique in London, and I believe also in the middle east. Clearly, it's a case of if you know, you know. I have a number of her fragrances, including NY Intense. It is all beautiful French perfumery. I recently started exploring Jeroboam, having purchased a bottle of Vespero. I've smelled Ambra and could see a bottle in my future.
