What I would do to clean my hair brush which is something I am way over due on doing. Is getting a bowl of pretty hot water add some conditioner to it, and just let the hair brushes sit in them for a couple hours. I’ve done it in the past, and it works pretty good. :)
Next time you spray tan your face try putting a layer of Vaseline on your brows, then wipe it off after. I put Vaseline around my hairline when I dye my hair so it doesn’t get stained, so it might work!

Try putting Vaseline or aquafor on your eyebrows when you self tan! That should protect them from getting dyed

To avoid your brows turning orange from self tanner put aquaphor over them before you spray!
