It's better if you put some moss(wood dust) on the top of your bonsai tree as a leaves or color it green so it looks really like a real bonsai tree

I have mixed white cement and brown color together to give it a look of clay pot. You can paint it directly with acrylic terracotta color.

The leaves look just fine - it is a wire sculpture.
