Are the amiunts of actove ingrediants actually enough to make a difference? For example, I just watched a video of yours where you referenced taking high levels if ginko bilboa, but 6pmh doesnt seem high?

I really like the idea of consolidating these ingredients for ease but the dopaboost doesn’t seem to be cheaper than buying these key supplements individually.

Your videos are great. THANK YOU. Please I would be very interested if you did a 30 day CREATINE trial. Aside from physical benefits, some studies have showed it to improve cognitive function, relieve anxiety and depression etc. Would be interested in your opinion. Thanks.

The annoying thing about having ADHD as an adult, Choice Paralysis. For example over the years I've collected VST plugins for my music production hobby and collected a lot of games via Steam during sales by buying bundle, I've accumulated a lot of games I was off my medication from January this year till a month ago. Ritalin 20mg a day 10 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon stacked with L-Tyrosine + L-Theanine (single bottle) and now recently added ALCAR to the stack...I've ordered two bottles of CDP Choline (CitiCholine) to add to my ADHD stack. For overall body health I use LIFE EXTENSION MIX. Which has included Taurine and NAC.

That's good advice. I'd also look into diet, TMG and methylated vitamin b complex. Toss in a Rhodiola rosea with the highest level of salidroside as possible when you take L-theanine and you're running a very similar setup that I do (except I'm more on thr dexedrine train rather than Ritalin).
Very effective for focus, energy and productivity but not so great on taking the fun side of your personality that you likely noticed you sometimes had without meds. (I find that focus is greater with dexedrine but that fun side dies more compared to ritalin).
Edit: hey look at that, I wasn't that far into the video and he combined the two like I mentioned. Nice.

Magnesium is released from neurons after a concussion. There is a study showing that magnesium supplementation right after a concussion helps. Omega-3 that is from an IFOS certified brand, or even better: fish (I like salmon and sardines) because of not only omega-3, but also things like phosphatidylserine that is a good fat that our neurons needs. Eggs for the choline (do NOT supplement choline). Our Brain is made of about 60-70% fat and off that, 30% is omega-3. Our neurons in general need maintenance and there are things that increase a "maintenance protein", let's call it that, and this maintenance protein (called BDNF) is increased by things like, magnesium, omega-3, socializing, sun exposure (infrared radiation), taurine exercise. And it is decreased by stress, bad sleep (no screen time right before sleep), a lot of sugar, a combination of high sugar and high saturated fats.
So if it were me again, I would take taurine, good quality IFOS omega-3, magnesium, eating fish and eggs often, go outside more often take some sun, taking walks, lowering sweet sugary snacks until the brain is better (fruits are great), eating blueberries for the massive antioxydants it has (I buy frozen bags of it), eating nuts like almonds and especially walnuts (also a source of omega-3)
As for the suggestion about cerebrolysin, well it works by increasing the BDNF that our neurons needs for maintenance and healing, BUT like I said earlier, a lot of other things can increase it too. If I were you, I would read on increasing BDNF. Cerebrolysin works and is even more "potent" than my nutritional/natural suggestions, but also, it is an injection and, well let's just say that schools wouldn't really understand a parent injecting stuff to their child and maybe would call CPS. And also comes the problem of finding it from a reputable place. I would let that compound to those who have a background in biology that know the risks of injecting themselves with stuff like that (although it looks very promising; but I never used it)

@@Zeon7510wow. This is great information!! I truly appreciate you taking the time to share all of this with me. Her concussion was so severe she had to take therapy. She has come a long way but something just doesn’t seem right. I will look for these supplements tonight. She’s a swimmer so she gets lots of good exercise. She does love sweets so this will need to be closely monitored. We are vegetarians but I am okay with introducing salmon to her if it will help her. Thank you so much!! All of this is very doable.

Look into prolonged fasting...A thorough detox....... If you're in America...Dr Schulze is highly recommended, yeah it's quite pricey but can be very effective... Eating as naturally as you possibly can as well and reducing the amount of toxins you're exposed to .. Medication is great as and is proven to physiologically change the brain.
