Too many towing can be scammy AF unfortunately. I'm glad the plaintiff had everything in order to win ~

She did give him pre statutory interest from the day that it was towed until whenever he had to bring this to court so he did get plus I don't know how much the interest rate is on the $200 but he's getting more
I set for 4 hrs. on the interstate because of a tow truck company. They accepted the tow, then wouldn't come and tow me. I had to wait on another company to get dispatched. AAA and their fine dispatchers.

I wouldn't expect everyone to come in dressed for a formal dinner, but you could at least wear something that is fit for a courtroom, especially when you are representing a company. That top looked like it has been stretched so much that it won't go back into shape and holes have opened up. Besides that, how can anyone tell so many lies, no legit company is going to allow an ex-employee to talk to their customers. That employee was fully involved in that tow and is probably still on the companies pay roll.

When I use to repo, if we had trouble finding a car the big boss man would offer the neighbors money if they called when they see the car at home. You would be shocked at the number of people that actually did call just to get that money. One was a hellcat and the offer was $500 dollars. I swear I think people went looking for that car. We had so many "neighbors" call and say they think they see the car. Funny thing the old lady that lived a couple of doors down told us he was hiding it on the next street over 😂😂. She got that money!!
Towing companies get paid to tow cars, they don’t care if they towed the wrong car. Most people will just pay it. Of the dozen tow companies I’ve dealt with, 1 was a good company.

Plaintiff was great by recording the phone conversation and playing that in the courtroom and the defendant trying to explain in gibberish what the person on the phone was saying in gibberish. She was red faced.

Something odd about this towing company - I realize this is only one case, but they were lacking so many documents and their lack of standards in processing raises the question of illegal behavior.

Not usually normal. I'm not sure if any of the parts that are marked are parts that would be used for repair.
You can find the vin number one the dashboard..and also on the inside if the driver side door..same number just two different places to look
