I mean, he showed her what move to make before she made it.
Still but players always retreat the move and then play again , he didn't do that this time
Often the player tell the guest to make some other move than what they want to play
😂😂
Entertainment is very hard to find with chess so something like this is quite surprising in chess community 😂
Actually Magnus said to her, "Don't you even dare make that move"
pragg: imma sleep
He's praying 🙂❤️
Lmao😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂 fuck i almost choked on what I'm eating
Yesterday Pragg did the same thing
She look like 1000 elo Judit Polgar version
exactly what i was thinking. like some ripped of version of Judit Polgar
The only reason I clicked on the video was to see if it was her or not 😂
She was GM. First woman GM from Azerbaijan
@@knan9252name?
That’s not Judit Polgar?
Magnus on a TV show in 20years:
Where and when was this played? *Host plays e4*
Magnus: ..Easy, Fide world cup Azerbaijan 2023
Magnus predicted that the guest would play e4.
Magnus actually premoved 😮😮
He showed her the move yes, but the lady is a retired GM Aynur Sofiyeva.
The supreme opening tactics of Guest is what it takes to win 🏅
Funny to see Prag loading the E4 repertoire in his brains
Magnus literally said e4 should be played by the guest, but this channel posted that " magnus doesn't take back the e4
😂I mean practically it's not false statement.
I think they exaggerated..
That's how you make content with clickbait
This isn’t click bait. Usually even when people tell the guest the first move they’ll take it back. Just so the opponent doesn’t get any free thinking time I guess
Try h4 tomorrow if they accept
H4>>G4
Pragg started downloading system files
Why is Pragg waiting like he just played a4 or something?
Probably wants to get his head in the game, or make sure he remembers his prep.
That's not it... Despite what you read on the internet, in most tournaments players don't actually decide what opening to play until they are actually at the board. They are fully prepared to play any number of openings, but deciding which one to play often just comes down to how they are feeling at the moment.
By retracting a move after telling them what move to play for me is very disrespectful and Magnus acted rightly so!
Chess or call of duty?
whats the purpose of ceremonial move ? whats the history behind it ?
Same question
The history of the ceremonial move is largely unknown. It seems to be done for publicity much like the ceremonial baseball pitch, the first recorded ceremonial chess move was around 1960.
Nah, Magnus was just too lazy to make the first move himself.
Pragg taking time after e4: "What a brilliant move"
Wdym Magnus does the exact same thing by adjusting his pieces
This ceremonial first move thing is so dumb.
They pay money bro how do u think chess tourneys exist? Rich twats thats how
It is what it is
chess is about traditions and it's great. you're probably a very young person
@@yai4486 I severely disagree on "chess is about traditions", it has pretty much no traditions. Maybe it HAD traditions, but those times are long gone. Chess is very commercial and gen z-ish now, which is good, time goes on and things evolve. Also, you don't need to comment on my age.
@@nitenuc2341 Chess is stuffed to the brim with traditions. You may not recognize them, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. If you go to a park and see a player alone at a board waiting for an opponent, that's tradition. When you sit down and they ask for your rating, that's a tradition -- you may not recognize it and just tell them, but that's not their intention. It's banter, it's trash-talking, they are trying to get an advantage before the game even begins, as per tradition.
If you ever want to a chess club they probably didn't start by teaching you what you need to understand modern chess, openings, pawn structure, statics, or dynamics. They start by teaching you basic opposition, the lucena position, and shows you the games of anderssen, morphy and the immortals --the opera games of the world. You go through the famous tournaments of the past, nuremberg 1896, paris 1900, and Gothenburg 1955.
Again draw.... Good luck pragg .
magnus showed the lady what move he wants...grow up guys
He showed her where to go🫠
First time in history that the honorary first move was what the player wanted.
Literally happened yesterday with Pragg haha. I think here we could actually see Magnus tell her what move to make.
Ah that's why they drew the game. Makes sense or Cagnus just wants to rest and go to tiebreaks. Which IMO seems dangerous but he is still the best player in the world so 🤷🏻♂️
Also Tiebreaks are rapid which probably favors Magnus
@@justinbieber8028 Yeah but what pragg did to arjun fabi and Hikaru is a tad bit concerning.. Just a tad bit though..
