- In the middle of the desert, we accidentally stumbled across a Red Bull racing team practicing for an upcoming off road race. And before I knew it, I was riding shotgun with Guillaume de Mevius, who placed second overall in the 2024 Dakar. Talk about a ride of a lifetime!

Wow! Once again y'all kill it with another racing adventure. Brit - did you get an adrenalin rush or what! Next build, Kevin? What fun little trucks! Toyota would sell a million of them - two door, two seat, V-6, 400hp, 4x4, independent suspension all around? I'd heard of Dakar race but hadn't seen more than a couple of short clips. Once again you kids introduce us to a new racing scene! LiteBriteNationGetInDaKar!
im pretty sure Toyota already sells millions of these Hiluxes... and they dont even have to sell them in the US.

The Dakar is also severall ours a day and almost 14 days long. Soms drivers have to maintain/repair there car themselves. They don't have a big team helping them. 👍👍👍

Not on the same level, but Dakar stuff always remind me the time I meet a very fast girl at a local karting. Turned out she is the sister of a Dakar Champion beiing in the area for her studies 😱 One thing for sure, It would not have happened if I stayed on my couch lamenting about my life is bad and nothing is happening.
As you said several time, go out and enjoy the moment. Only way to live!

Ok I get it it is nice in the uk but they could have been particularly nice with you 2 due to the fact that you are live and have subs and are very popular but what about the fact of non media people visiting would they get the same treatment or kindness is unclear or uncertain which way it could go but it is a very nice country so don’t get me wrong it is just a question of concern I am sure a lot of people are afraid of asking and wonder the same thing as well thanks for all the content I enjoyed all of you videos and was intrigued about your visit to the uk thanks for the great content

Just for fun, what are they using for navigation?
They don't, they use a Road Book.... the GPS Compass only turns on when they are within a certain distance from a waypoint. they just have to get close to it to marked.. so they can literally blaze new trails to the next waypoint. Following tracks works too, but you wont know of those tracks are correct. so you'd end up backtracking and refer back to the road book. Motorcycles have to do their own navigating and riding as oppose to cars and trucks they have their own navigator reading the roadbook.
