It should be labeled on the plastic next to the lever, I sold the bike otherwise I would check.

All my videos are from MA and NH, this one is in MA.
Is it a good size for a 10yr old?
Its a very small bike, but I have seen 13 year olds ride it with not too much trouble.
how can i legally ride one around?
Because of how little CC's it has it goes under similar laws to small mopeds I believe.
