There could be something wrong with the clutch that you can go ahead and replace or I think it’s something near it but you need to replace it but until then you will just need to keep pulling the throttle until it turns on and once you go to a complete stop it’s gonna shut off

I have a mini bike, but mines axis and same thing happened to me where the cord went Go back in and all you have to do is takeoff the cover take it apart you see the spinner and then when you see that part you just take the pool cool wrap around it and pull it whatever way it turns. 🙂
I like how it's not just a free bike but it's also a free full tank of gas, well-lubricated, functioning parts and inflated tires :)
