I remember how horrid the load times were when advancing to certain areas on the PS3, how is the load times by chance? Just curious because that 256 mb of GPU was tested
Hi there, yeah, back in those days, loading times were a real pain in the a**. The matter was the small and slow 5,400 RPM HDD. We're talking about extremely slow (relative to today's SSDs), transfer speed. Even on the XBOX 360 it was the same story. Swapping the HDDs for SSDs, later in the generation, didn't really make much a difference. Sure there were improvements in loading times, but not much more - and it was expensive. Cold boots were the worse; now it's all quick and blazing fast with top-notch SSDs hahahaha. Anyway, which game you mentioning? Skyrim? -- Thanks for stopping by!
ua-cam.com/video/sBotHS2zhiU/v-deo.html The matter is that it does run (finally), but the M1 isn't powerful enough to achieve a smooth/decent gameplay experience. But I have to stress the fact they're all running!
Damn I bet on a 16 inch MacBook it’d run like butter since no throttling with the two fans it has
M2
100% for sure it would run better@@JoshuaEpperson69
Thanks for the vids, rpcs3 tests are very useful🫶
