Public Schools are underfunded because of... other problems. I know you want to provide great education but the fact that you are trying to make it at the expense of others is what makes this dangerous. I know you will deny that accusation but you have to look at the wider perspective and you will understand that's what you are doing. And that is when you say you don't care.
