- This year, we're finally able to host our annual chateau Easter party again! We're joined by many of our friends, including Steve and Sara from @ManorandMaker and Philipp and Anna from @HowToRenovateAChateau!
Kirsty turns one of our fields into a petting zoo with the cutest lambs and the children love it! We transform the courtyard into Easter Party Central and everyone goes out for the Easter egg hunt in our woodlands behind the chateau...

We are sitting up in bed on Easter Monday morning here in Sydney, eating croissants and drinking coffee, watching your beautiful Easter vlog! Stephanie, I am so happy to hear about your Mother's recovery from such a horrific medical experience and am sending prayers and good karma to her and you, and all her family for the truma you shared. It does sound like a miracle to me. The amazing return of most of her sight in her bad eye is unbelievable and I suppose a small service in the chapel would be too much or she probably wouldn't care for it. It was so cute watching you and Stephanie enjoying the lambs, what a beautiful day it turned out to be. I really made me feel happy, thank you guys for all your positivity.

This was the most perfect Easter vlog I've ever seen. There were baby lambs, puppy dogs, lots of children having a magical time and then to hear the news about your mother's vision!!!! I am almost in tears to hear that after all these years your mummy can see nearly as well as the rest of us. What a miracle and just in time to share with us on Easter Sunday. Watched for second time. So much going on. Thought/hoped Stephanie was going to sing in chapel but just as good with news about Isabelle. Truly miraculous and I hope this means we shall see her and Percy soon. Her improved eyesight will give her more scope for inspecting all the changes! 😎

So glad to hear that your mother is doing well! Three Easters ago. our family miracle was when my daughter received the call to go immediately to hospital where she was to get a new kidney.
Growing up in Scotland we hunted for eggs and now my grandchildren continue to keep this tradition going.

My husband received a kidney 14 years ago from his brother.
We sadly lost both his brothers, one in late October, the other first week of December.
My husband works two jobs & is doing amazing.
He is extremely vigilant in protecting that kidney.
Drinks 64+ ounces of water per day.
He fails miserably with the sweet tooth, & potato chip addiction! 🤣😂

I don’t know why but the Egg Hunt reminded me of the movie Enchanted April when they were out of doors among the wooded areas and feeling like carefree children enjoying the company of friends. Delightful!🌷
