I loved the creativity of this flow! I have done Yoga a certain, rigid, uniform way for so long that at first watching these videos is tough and frustrating, but once I decided to open my mind to the possibility of different variations of postures and flow, I came to appreciate these class so much more. Thank you for being different! I love it!

It is wiser to consult your doctor prior to engaging in a yoga practice. The most suited asanas are standing modified poses, kneeling poses like cat-cow, butterfly, cone pose, staff pose. Deep back-bends should not be attempted, and you should avoid deep spinal twists. While pregnant due to the secretion of the hormone "relaxin" women tend to get more flexible, so you should be careful with deeper stretches. We will be posting a well-rounded prenatal Yogea practice, so stay tuned.
