    I also suffer from GAD and this routine was such a release and peace for me. I absolutely loved it. I feel like I can go through my day refreshed and at peace. Thank you so much. Can't wait to do it all again

    I loved the creativity of this flow! I have done Yoga a certain, rigid, uniform way for so long that at first watching these videos is tough and frustrating, but once I decided to open my mind to the possibility of different variations of postures and flow, I came to appreciate these class so much more. Thank you for being different! I love it!

    This was such a great flow. Im usually nervous to practice with youtube videos but this one was perfect! Easy to understand, easy to follow, great for helping me get back into my flow.

    Wow! It s the thing I was looking for. So calm and simple and beautiful
    Transitions are so natural!
    I realy like this style more than others and I hope someday I can make sequences by myself

    It is wiser to consult your doctor prior to engaging in a yoga practice. The most suited asanas are standing modified poses, kneeling poses like cat-cow, butterfly, cone pose, staff pose. Deep back-bends should not be attempted, and you should avoid deep spinal twists. While pregnant due to the secretion of the hormone "relaxin" women tend to get more flexible, so you should be careful with deeper stretches. We will be posting a well-rounded prenatal Yogea practice, so stay tuned.

    Nice sequence :D. But I have a problem,i just can't seem to do inversion or plow correctly, the pose always left me straining my head and neck,and a little back pain, help please ...
