    Emphasizing the importance of both market validation and competitive analysis early on can significantly reduce risk and guide strategic decision-making. 🚀

    Great intro and the audio quality is on point! I really enjoyed the content you covered. Just one suggestion - the video thumbnail is horrible. Instead of using handwritten notes for visuals, have you considered creating digital animations? Even something simple like a digital whiteboard

    Gave you the 200th like cos this video is very much educating.
    Please, how can we become saas founders without code. I learned I can use the reseller right to acquire one, but is that enough?

    Great stuff, awesome. The new area of no-code like Plasmic and build ship, flutterflow (I think) and toddler (I think) for example combine the best of both worlds, no-code plus code combo, full code control and export unlimited code customization inside the tool so no limits on flexibility etc, yeah there are very few so what you said generally abut not using no code is generally true for most of them but people should watch out for the special ones like this to help them help you get a head start knowing it wont hold them back later. Buldship with its AI natural language generated api connections is awesome, seen nowhere else and each node can be custom code for backend and so easy to use, plasmic is really uniuqe as well and flutterflow well its well known for reason its great for FE, thats bout all id consider currently

    TK, are there any in person groups that i can join before start working on my idea? This video is very helpful but i have a question should i talk to people before even having the v0 of the product?

  • @user-nb1wf8tp5b
    @user-nb1wf8tp5b 26 днів тому

    Those people (well, developers) still reluctant to no-code nowadays are similar to the folks (well, developers) reluctant to build on libraries and frameworks because they wanted to do it all by themselves in the 90´s, (mostly because they learnt machine langage at university). I remember they were on Linux computers. Nowadays advanced nocode tools (ie bubble) have reached a level where only some few nerds could tell how it was built. Regardless of the building blocks, an app needs to have a market fit, that’s essential.

    I love all of your videos mate.
    I just have to ask on one thing. The talking to 100 people to get 1 customer. In b2b, i cant forsee 100 companies giving you the time of day, how in the world would you do that?
    What if you only have 150 customers in your whole market but closing them all is equal to $50mil mrr?

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  27 днів тому +1

      150 total market size, $50M MRR market is a $600M market. So each customer will spend roughly $4M with you. To close a $4M deal, you'll likely have to talk to 10 to 50 people just within each customer since those large purchases are made through consensus buying.

    Are you saying platform like bubble Io don’t scale ?

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  27 днів тому +1

      Hard to build something in Bubble that'll compete in the market for true SaaS offerings.
