As a hormone, taking melatonin regularly can mess with hormone modulation. There are better and safer sleep supplements (like magnesium and L-theanine)

what happens if you inhale the mellow vapor?
I believe it carries the same risks as any other consistent inhalation of mist/vapor/other diffuser pens - which is that it's not recommended but not dangerous especially if you're not doing it consistently :)

I know this video is a few months old, and this comment is about the SPONSER not the creator. THIS SPONSER IS A SCAM. I tried to purchase these sticks because I have been having trouble sleeping and thought this would help. I placed my order and it took a month to for them to ship (understandable these days), but then a month later, after nothing happened, they cancelled the order. Took my money and never refunded, and never responded to emails.
I’m experiencing something similar with this company. 6 weeks and they haven’t shipped or responded to 2 separate emails. Going through the payment service to try to get a refund, but I think i got scammed. Too bad- the product looked so relaxing.
concerning mellow: isnt there a lot of waste accumulation (plastic + electronics) if you need a new one every 30 days?
This is something that I struggle with as well whenever I buy *any* product, so I relate with your concern for the planet! 💚 Trying to reduce consumption of plastic products is great, but it's also up to each individual to pick and choose which products are "worth" the packaging. For example, I use Mellow because a good night of sleep is really important to me, but I try to only buy food products in glass or aluminum jars, instead of plastic! It's pretty much a constant give-and-take in terms of consumerism :) hope that makes sense!
