I'm posting this again to try to tell more folks: I am very happy with their product and customer service! I have a 2017 highlander with smart key. I rented the programmer and it worked great! It was as easy as they showed in the video. I was also worried because I couldn't find a phone number, but they responded to my emails really quickly and they gave me great customer service! I had a problem with returning the programmer, and customer service was very understanding and great to work with. I'm telling everyone I know. Also, I'm in washington state, I went to the dealership and they told me I had to buy a new key through them for $250, plus $140 for programming and another $130 for the blade key...buying the key online and programming myself with Toms Key Company saved me about $350!
According to the invoice at 4:28, he paid $184 for the key/fob and $50 to rent the programmer. About $234 for a new key/fob. The rest is a refundable deposit.
Not recommended. They sent me the wrong key that is not compatible with my 4runner so I had to send it all back for a refund. They refunded everything except for $55 for the key they cut that did not work. It was their error, but they tried to blame me for it anyway.
