Mine went to gear 1 while driving. I had to pull over, turn it off and turn it on again. It only did it once and has been fine for months, should I get it checked out or was that an automatic shift change due?

looks better than shifter for grand cherokee year 2015 but food debris can fall on the shifter area, clog the shifter area.
Is this the 6F24 transmission? Not the CVT one?
