Thank you for your words on Americans in foreign countries!!! My wife and I do our hardest to be modest and humble when visiting any country (and truly in our daily lives), and we teach our children to do the same. I greatly appreciate your PSA!! ✌️❤️
My experience with an American tourist…. Went to the Tower of London was having a great time and then we got to the little church. The Beefeater said this is a practicing church feel free to go in but no pictures… EVERYONE stuck to the rules apart from an American woman. When she was confronted about taking pictures her reply was “I’m American” that’s it! That’s all she said! She was shown the door very quickly to the church On the other hand my city is becoming a cruise ship stop off with many American tourists and I must say I do enjoy having them around! Loud and enthusiastic 😂 Belfast, Northern Ireland
OMG ! When one travels to another country, it should be well understood that you CANNOT DO AS YOU please because you "can do what you want because you're_______________."
First time viewer here. A good video. I liked how you took the church being closed in your stride and accepted that things like that can happen. All part of the adventure. It's not that we hate all Americans, it's just that we hate a certain type of American, you know the ones I'm talking about, you even gave an example. I worked in the hospitality industry here in Australia so got to meet a wide spectrum of American tourists. Most were very nice, some not so. The best were your military, particularly the USN and US Marines we came in contact with, always well behaved and polite, and these were guys and gals that had been at sea for months and were letting off steam. I'm looking forward to checking out more of your videos.
I was returning to the US and had a connection. This woman walked over to a desk and started yelling at the employee about how her son spent thousands on a ticket and that the plane left. She sat there demanding that they get her on that flight. She was full on yelling and carrying on. The poor worker kept telling her that she does not work for the airline. Y'all, it was a currency exchange booth. Giant currency symbols and signs were everywhere. She did not need to be going anywhere out of the country doing all of that.
As an American living abroad I approve this message! The steaks at Pink Agave were amazing. I was on the Resilient Lady last month and I can’t wait until my next cruise.
I was in an Art museum in Paris, just minding my own business when I saw this woman go up to a museum staff and yelled "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?" the poor staff took a deep breath before replying, "Yes Madame, I speak English." WTF. Didn't even say "Excuse me" or "Pardon" Just got straight to the "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH." And it's like, okay people when you're in another country where English isn't the first language, Please please please learn a bit of the native language. You don't need to be fluent, but just get enough to get around or at least help you. And if you need an English speaker and don't have a digital aid, try to find an information desk. Glad you had a good time in Paris though. I only been there about 3 times, and each time I love it.

Hello AK family, I am a fellow American citizen too. Yes when I travel I always follow the rules, and I am always respectful, and carry myself well. Unfortunately I've also been scammed before too while I was in places like Cancun. I have to take it as a loss, because when you're in another country, the rules and laws are different from the USA. If you haven't been on Virgin, you are missing out! I loved it and took advantage of the deal to reserve my next cruise while on board! They spoiled me. Don't let the price tag detour you; it's worth it. But I do agree. I lived overseas for many years, and I've seen many times where Americans are so entitled. I always avoid those types of people because you will get grouped with their bad behavior, or they will even try to pull you into their situation.
Yachts have high maintenance fees and docking fees. Some end up abandoned because people can't pay these fees so a person could possibly take possession of one by paying the unpaid docking fees (n some jurisdictions) a purchaser could potentially have a business of buying up abandoned ships fixing them up and reselling them. It's a drain on resources for an individual to own one and doesn't make sense unless a person operates it like a business such as organizing fishing trips or taking it to international waters for gambling (which could attract attention from unsavory types who would want a cut). It makes more sense to purchase a trip from a business offering a trip than to own the ship and expenses that go with it.
Lord why did it have to be “us” 😫😫. Aside from somebody cutting up, this looked like an incredible time ashore and on the ship! Also Kyra I do the same thing when I lose cause one thing we not gone do is talk about it 😂
An American living outside of the US with my spouse and kids also US citizens..We live in a Tropical tourists destination and we've seen our share of obnoxious tourists and told the horror stories by my two nephews who works in the Tourism Industry..The worst they encounter usually are American tourists!
Hey guys. Oh Marseille, France 🇫🇷. Nice. My mum was almost pickpocketed in Spain yrs back but she felt his hand and her and her friends beat the guy up with their pocketbooks and he ran 😂. Ooo 🛥️. Ooohhh. Trams 🚊 have evolved 😮. Every ship should have an arcade or some form of gameroom. Glad you enjoyed dinner. All the desserts😂? Chocolate tacos ? Different 😋😋. Uh oh. Aaron giving a PSA😂. Wow. Why would she do that after being explained to that the church is being cleaned. Unfortunate. You gotta be a team player Aaron. Oh that mood lighting is nice. See you next vid 🤗
OAN, I like the chayote. 😂I just happen to love chayote, though, there’s nothing particularly exciting about it and it takes on the flavor of what’re you put on it. Virgin’s preparation is simple and it could benefit from some lime or chili or something but I just like it as a veggie side to the heartier Mexican options.
We were just on a train, from Roma termini to civitaveccia, where the cruise ship was. It was packed with carnival cruising Americans. This poor local girl was trying to get to a certain door, at a stop that only let off out one door. There was a bunch of old people, with luggage blocking the aisle and they were giving her a little teasing. She mistook the door and had to turn around. They started teasing her asking her questions. She was in a hurry and they were delaying her. I could tell she was getting upset. She was rolling her eyes and shaking her head. I almost yelled, “will y’all let her pass by”. But, my husband didn’t want any trouble, even from the old farts, which we are too. They thought they were so funny and lighthearted, but they were aggravating the entire train car. People in Europe don’t do that type of thing, funny or not. Yeah, they don’t like us Americans. Lol
Omg the cringe with the tourist story...me and my family were in rome in august and im still going back in my head making sure i didnt represent the states bad or confirm the entitled american stereotype in any way. We gotta remember to be respectful of other people's customs when we arent home. We expect ppl to do it when they come here so we need to do the same thing in other countries.

It makes more sense to purchase a trip from a business offering a trip than to own the ship and expenses that go with it.
Lord why did it have to be “us” 😫😫. Aside from somebody cutting up, this looked like an incredible time ashore and on the ship! Also Kyra I do the same thing when I lose cause one thing we not gone do is talk about it 😂
Hahaha..you guys are great.
I agree!
Just stumbled on yall's channel.... im obsessed on so many levels.... i ❤ it! I ❤ seeing this! Keep it up.
Oh that guy on the guitar was playing Sir Duke! Right?
TFS 😊
Y'all are such a beautiful looking couple ❤
W Sir Duke!!!!
Not one of our cousins 😂. I knew before you started the story 🤦🏾♀️
An American living outside of the US with my spouse and kids also US citizens..We live in a Tropical tourists destination and we've seen our share of obnoxious tourists and told the horror stories by my two nephews who works in the Tourism Industry..The worst they encounter usually are American tourists!
Sir Duke is the name of the song
My time of death…”…and it was one of our cousins 👉🏾✋🏻” #dead
Lol
I think you mean they don't like bad manners
Was this video this year?
Lets be clear the entitlement comes from our pale cousins 😂 it be hilarious
I’ll be on this ship in October when it’s back in Miami. Can’t wait. Great video!
