Recite this dua as much as possible
:
اللهم اني اعوذ بك من الهم و الحزن و العجز و الكسل و ضلا الدين و غلبة الرجال
Allahumma inni auzubika minal hammi Wal huzni Wal ajzi Wal kasl wa zala iddain wa galabatir rijaal
I don't know the meaning properly
If the dua is too big then just recite this:
اللهم اني اعوذ بك من الهم و الحزن
Allahumma inni auzubika minal hammi Wal huzn
U will feel better in shaa Allah
Whenever I feel depressed I recite it and feel better
Fayzan Tariq
Increase your ibada whole heartedly and Sincere istiqfar . Insha Allah.
Zikr - e- qalbi is the only cure
Sleep for 4 hours in night and must take nap in afternoon for 30 to 40 minutes.in hadith prophet said that take a nap because shaitan doesn't take a nap
Its not just sleep, but even diet and exercise is also very important. If you are eating clean, then you can go on and sleep less and be productive through out the day. Its all about discipline & having a routine.
LOVE U SIR FROM INDIAN ILLEGAL OCCUPIED KASHMIR
I also sleep an average of 4.5 hours and always feel top fit. Should I sleep longer then I feel bad because then I miss the time and time is precious.

*Google says Einstein used to sleep for 10 hrs*
And edison used to sleep for 2.5 hours
Nikola Tesla used to sleep for 2 hours
Einstein also sometimes used to work for 3-4 days without sleeping, so it made up for it.

Allah(SW) has said in the holy Quran the good people sleep less and spend most of their time on ibada #Dr Zakir zaik ❤️you from Kenya
Dr. Zakir Sir i fan of your scientific approach to every matter
I sleep 8-12 hours a day... I can't imagine to sleep less..
Oversleeping is dangerous my brother
@@zayedahmed9800 i know... But this is my weakness
Well, what I would do is that I would sleep, wake up at 5 in the morning and do isyak prayer and subr prayer. I would sleep first
Its ok ,every human body is diffrent.. 5-8 hour is for common man, but if you have some problem that doctor will recommend more sleep
@@zayedahmed9800 sleeping less than 6 hours is unhealthy
My favourite scholar Zakir Naik sahab Allah will make your final destination Jannatul Firdaus Ameen
With anything generally your body and mind gets use to it. At the beginning it may be a struggle for some.
Brother asked a very good question.

I think I have a good balance, I usually sleep around 6 hours average. If need be, like for an exam, I can adjust it to 4 hours. And if I’m not doing anything in other days then I can try increase it to 7.5 hours etc
Balance is key
You yourself can do nothing! Remember that all credits goes to Allah !
One of my best routine
3.hrs at. Night. Usually 11 pm. To 2.am
Then tahajud, Sehri (for fasting),
Fajr, Quran Reciting , dikr, Ishraq.
Then sleep. For 2.to.3.hrs.prior to. Work
Else sleep 2.hrs.in day time
So 3.to.6 hrs is.good

@2Corinthians10:5apologetics Do you understand what does Unequivocal mean? It means Clear Statement, Like Chapter الإخلاص in the Quran. Like an example would be: "Say There is Only One God and He's name is Jesus" but there is nothing of that sort my friend, You made a 35 min Video, show me the source because an Unequivocal Statement should be Clear, just a Verse, no need for 35 min, just 1 Verse, btw if You as me, even if there is a Statement (while we know there isn't), the Bible was corrupted anyways and changed throughout the years, Because if I asked you Do you believe in all the Bible Chapters, You'd say no, so What are you refuting?
😂😂😂 that's why religion makes you blind..
I also sleep 4 hours in a day..and in my opinion allah don't even exist😂😂..

@@sssandhu8244 Well from a Scientific perspective I'd really like to know how can sometimes a person get away with 4 hours of sleep, especially if it's someone who trains (workout) and needs to recover, that would be interesting.

People are fedup of all political leaders. They are looking for an honest leader.
Zakir Naik easily wins trust in the minds of most Hindus and Muslims. Even his enemies call him trustworthy. I think, Jihadh against China would be a very big political master stroke by Zakir Naik, if he takes forward. This is the most honourable way for him to return back to his homeland, India.
I think, Zakir Naik is a very brave man who wants to change the destiny of Muslims and may Allah guide him. Ameen.
