Best deen i.e. Hafiz e Quran and studied at madrassa Practicing Muslima, following Islam as per Quran and Ahadeeth, and perform all Faraiz, taqwa, five-time prayers, do not give zakat, not Fardh so far, dont have their personal money 2. I am just wondering whether Dr. Zakir Naik himself and his children, how many of these requirements they are practicing or measuring up to? Here in Arab states, it is very common to fast on Monday and Thursday and Ayam e Beez and all other fasts mentioned by Dr. Zakir however in our part of the world, India Pakistan Bangladesh people don't even know about these fasts and they don't even know about Nawafil and other Azkaar mentioned by respected Dr. Zakir Naik.

It's amazing how Allah(swt) knows that most of us don't meet all of these requirements and yet He(swt) loves us, cares for us, is so merciful towards us & confers his infinite favours upon us. And He(swt) does this every single day. SubhanAllah. Alhamdulillah. This fact should motivate us to become better Muslims not for any human being but to be grateful to our Creator, the most merciful.

Selecting life partner/wife you've to consider the following things:
1. What would you want or like to see your child to be? Select your life partner according to it.
For example if you want your child to be a hafez. Seek hafeza. If you want your child to be da'e choose a da'e. If you want your child to be a religious, manner knowing pick a religious, manner knowing.
In short Consider what type of field that you want to sow you seed.
2. Regarding the assets or wealth, you've to bear in mind that she should not be extremely rich or richer than you. The more she is poor, the more it's better. The more richest she is it's difficult.

@Mark Salama There is no punishment for apostates (which people often think) in Islam. Many people left Islam during the time of Prophet Muhammad, and they were never killed. An Apostate is also the one who betrays his country or people. Let's say If an Indian will betray his country and will help China, then India will declare him an apostate and will pass a death penalty for him. This does not mean that India is bad, India is only defending itself.
There is no punishment for homosexuality either... The punishment is for adultery. Well, yes, homosexuality is not allowed in Islam, but there is no punishment until one does something serious... If homosexuality is allowed, why can't we allow paedophilia as well? They love each other right? Actually, there are enough protests going on to legalise it 😱 Why can't biological siblings get married? I can apply the same logic which is used for homosexuality to say that such marriages should be valid.
