    Vada Pav Recipe ( Odia ) : Vada Pav is also know as " Wada Pao " . It is a very Popular Indian street food or Snack originated in Mumbai , Maharastra ( India ) . A deep fried Potato Dumpling ( Vada ) placed in between the soft fresh Bread ( Pav / Pao ) spread with tangy spicy chutney . Then garnished with a beautiful, fried slated green chilli . Which tastes great while hot in Rainy days or during Monsoon . So, learn how to make delicious Vada Pav / Wada Pao / Pav Vada in this video made by Mrunalinee . Enjoy :)
    Ingredients :
    1. Pav / Pao ( Bread )
    2. Gram Flour ( Besan ) - 1½ cup or 10 tbsp ( or as required )
    3. Baking Soda - 2 pinch ( 1/4 tsp )
    4. Carom Seeds ( Ajwain / juani ) - 1 tsp
    5. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    6. Salt to taste
    7. Water ( as required )
    For Potato Masala :
    1. Boiled Potato - 3 nos. ( medium )
    2. Garlic ginger paste / Green Chutney - 1 tbsp
    3. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    4. Chopped Coriander leaves
    5. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    6. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    7. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    8. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp ( or as required ) , instead of it use Chat masala
    9. Salt to taste
    For Green Chutney ( Garlic Chilli Chutney ) :
    1. Fresh Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 palmful
    2. Ginger - 1 inch
    3. Garlic cloves - ( 5 - 6 )
    4. Green Chilli - 1
    5. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
    For Red Chutney ( Dry Chutney ) :
    1. Besan Sev - 1 palmful
    2. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
    3. Fried Garlic - ( 5 - 6 cloves )
