சவுக்கு சங்கர் நேர்காணலை ஒலிபரப்பிய யூடியூப் ஆசிரியர் பெலிக்ஸ் ஜெரால்டுக்கு 27ஆம் தேதி வரை நீதிமன்ற காவல் விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
பெண் காவலர்கள் குறித்து அவதூறாக பேசிய வழக்கில் சவுக்கு சங்கர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். அவரது நேர்காணலை ஒலிபரப்பிய யூடியூப் ஆசிரியர் பெலிக்ஸ் ஜெரால்டு கடந்த 10ஆம் தேதி டெல்லியில் வைத்து கைது செய்யப்பட்டார். அவரை திருச்சிக்கு அழைத்து வந்த தனிப்படை காவல்துறையினர், சுப்ரமணியபுரத்தில் உள்ள சைபர் கிரைம் அலுவலகத்திற்கு கொண்டு வந்தனர். பின்னர், 3வது கூடுதல் மாவட்ட உரிமையியல் நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆஜர்படுத்தினர். அவருக்கு 27ஆம் தேதி வரை நீதிமன்ற காவலில் வைக்க நீதிபதி உத்தரவிட்டார். பெலிக்ஸ் ஜெரால்டை வேனில் அழைத்துச் சென்றபோது, அங்கு காத்திருந்த பெலிக்ஸ் ஜெரால்டின் மனைவி, வேன் பின்னால் நீண்ட தூரம் ஓடினார். இதையடுத்து, திருச்சி மத்திய சிறையில், பெலிக்ஸ் ஜெரால்டு அடைக்கப்பட்டார். காவல்துறையினர் தனக்கு எந்த தொந்தரவும் தரவில்லை என பெலிக்ஸ் ஜெரால்டு கூறியதாக, அவரது வழக்கறிஞர் விக்னேஷ்வரன் தெரிவித்தார்.

If, incase the charges said by Felix, is true and no action or enquiry is done by a department which cannot be influenced by I.P.S officers or Judges, then that is the real discrimination against women, and all gender. Even after that if evidence can not be produced, I will say until a reformation, commite to be brought in place, so that there will be more protection for women in all work place.
If, Felix, statement is false, that there is sexual harassment and face favor in police department, can they say that there is no case registered as sexual harassment in police department ? If its an I.P.S officer they have union to fight for their rights, so it has come to light. Is law comman for all in this country ?

I think, there's NO Judge in India, incl CJI who can STOP Corruption in Police. There should be a law that if a Police Officer commits a mistake, he/she should be dismissed and face legal action as a common citizen. This has to be the case for all Government Officials, as well.
