If a company have many strategies: buy another company, build new factory, buy new warehouse, and I want to write it in a strategy map. How will I write?. Thanks.
Each SBU (small business unit) with its own strategy and value proposition different from other SBUs should have its own strategy map. You cannot blend value propositions - if this happens the resultant strategy (and thus strategy map) combines too much to be meaningful.

1/ For a holding company, who are the customers?, and what are the KPIs of the Customer Card?.
2/ For financial investment funds, who are the customers?, and what are the KPIs of the Customer Card?.
