When drawing a Strategy Map, we will take the company's objectives as the goal we want to achieve and place it in the "Financial" and "Customer" areas of the Strategy Map, right?. Then we will draw the rest in the Strategy Map, right?
Dear Friends, I have two questions of Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard: 1/ For a holding company, who are the customers?, and what are the KPIs of the Customer Card?. 2/ For financial investment funds, who are the customers?, and what are the KPIs of the Customer Card?. Thank you.
Dear Friends, I have a case: The company's vision is: The company in the top 10 for infant formula in the North American market by 2030. Our Goal of company is: Build 3 new factories, buy 3 dairy companies in the same industry, build 5 distribution warehouses and establish e-commerce sales channels, grow strongly in customers. Objective: 30% of total customers, 40% growth in revenue per year, 20% growth in EBITDA per year, 5% reduction in operating costs per year. Question: 1/ Is the vision, goal, objective of this company correct?. Thank you.

These specifics are case-by-case so can't be answered well in this format.

I suggest here using OKRs as this information lends itself well to that (your goals = objectives). There are several videos on OKRs on my channel.
@@camscholey8104 , Can I use OKR with Strategy map together?
@@ntcuong01ct1 Yes in fact it is encouraged. The strategy map creates the objectives for OKRs; they work well together.
