First of all, thanks for a retrospective shoutout 😺👍🕹️. And second of all, happy meow retrospective year 2024 from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮 😺👍🕹️! COMMODORE 64 FOREVER 😺👍🕹️! Press play on tape AMIGA FOREVER 😺👍🕹️! Insert disk 2
I loved Another world, Flashbach, Shadow of the beast, Turrican, Toki, Kick off 2, Rainbow island, all Team 17 games, point and click ( Zak Mackraken etc. ) Skidmarks and Supercars 1 and 2 !
Sitting with my morning coffee and watching this video made me think which Amiga game I would consider the best? Many came up, like 'Transplant', 'Lemmings', Secret of Monkey Island', 'Cannon Fodder', and so on. But the final conclusion is a surprise to even myself - the best Amiga game of all time has to be: 'Lost patrol'. Unbelievable difficult game, with the right tension and atmosphere, and a combination of strategy and action sequences.
One of my favorite games. In fact, in my interview section of the channel... I contacted the Musician of the game, but he finally gave up appearing on our channel... a shame...
Hunter was so advanced engine/graphics wise. Unfortunately it bit lacked on the gameplay side. Also didn't remember some items being that much out of scale :)
@@bubbanstix2536 yes I'm fairly sure it is. Though it has also been like +20 years I've played it on my a500+. But it was very playable unless there were too many objects visible at same time.
@@bubbanstix2536 for Amiga game definitely. Though draw distance etc. obviously were horrible anyway. But anyway I think it was much better title than Virus overall. Actually can't even recall any other 3D games for Amiga.
Happy New Year 2024!

Ooh , here comes that retro-itch again. Only one way to scratch it. Fire up ”Old faithful” and start flipping thru the disc boxes again.
Alien Breed, Chaos Engine... and for sure Xenon 2 Megablast
I am honored.
And nice list with that. Classics and non-classics.
Gud vid ❤😊, happy new year to all 😊

I was surprised to see it play so smoothly. Do you think the video is on an A500 ?

@@jothain Ok. It must have been quite incredible at the time.
