Light Painting at the Grand Canyon - Creative Night Photography Ideas

- In this episode of the Light Painting Photography Vlog I extend my Van Life Living on a budget and decided to stay at the Grand Canyon for another night after finding an epic Photography location to shoot at Desert View. I also luck out and get a great camping spot at the desert view campground that is normally reserved months in advance. I'm sure that shooting the video (in addition to the light painting) takes a lot of extra time, concentration, etc. but it is really appreciated. It makes the process much easier to understand - and encourages people to give it a try.

You made some super amazing images Jason! I didn't have the imagination as you when I was there in May. I only visited the N rim though. Couldn't bare the crowds!
Thank you Shawnie. What I found most amazing about this experience is that there were so many people around during the day and at night I had the canyon all to myself. It was incredible to experience the vastness alone in the dark. I would find myself just sitting quietly taking it all in. The Light Painting was secondary to the experience of being there alone.
