I have made 2 purchases from Jomashop in the past couple of weeks. Prices are very cheap. The shipping is ok, not bad, but defiantly not Amazon. But I won't buy expensive Fragrances from Amazon. It took them about 2-3 days to put together the orders and about a week for shipping. So total time once I place the order until I received the order was about 10 days. Expedited shipping was available but I chose the free shipping option. The fragrances came in the original unopened packages and are the real deal. I have done a little research and what I have found out was that they are a grey market sales store. The products are real and legit, they are purchased overseas at a cheaper price and resold here at a discount and they are still able to make a profit even with the low prices. From what I understand is that there is not a manufacturers warranty, basically because the items are resold. That does not bother me with fragrances. Although if that's the case it would stop me from buying a luxury watch from them, I would want the warranty on that.

However, i had a smaller version of the perfume I purchased at Macys a few weeks prior to purchasing the item from Jomashop. They did not smell the same.

They're great until you have a problem. I've been a customer for over a decade until today. I ordered an expensive fountain pen from them and all I received was the manufacturer's packaging. Their response was callous and basically too bad, so sad, you're out your money. I learned today that the empty box fiasco has happened to others in the past. I won't be giving them any of my business again.
I ordered in August. All I got was the pre-shiping info. Product was not sent to USPS. I will never buy from them again. There's comfort in buying from a shop that has integrity and good customer Service.
I have seriously mixed feelings, I purchased an item a month and a half ago still no word no update on shipping its ridiculous however I have shopped in the past and only had positive experiences
Jomashop is a Grey market seller, which means they are not an authorized retailer of the products they sell. The products you buy will be authentic, but the manufacturer warranty will be void. The buyer is thus reliant solely on whatever warranty Jomashop offers. And the reviews on their customer service when things go wrong are mixed at best. Some high end watch manufacturers won't even perform service on watches purchased from them. If you buy a $5k Rolex from Jomashop, do you really want them servicing it in house instead of Rolex? That's the catch. I personally wouldn't buy a watch worth more than $1k from them in case something goes wrong.
You are correct in everything you said. However, the chance something goes wrong with your Rolex or Omega or Breitling are extremely low. I'm looking at a Omega Seamaster for $6700 on Omegas website. Jomashop is selling it for $5000. I'll take my chances with Jomashop.
@@seanboogie10 In your case, I'd say it's worth the risk because your savings still exceeds the $1k it will cost to service an out of warranty Omega. So, even in the worst case scenario you still end up ahead compared to paying full retail. However, the downside is should you ever decide to sell the watch, it's secondhand market value will plummet without all original papers (which you won't get from Jomashop - they remove stuff from the box). I bought two Tissots from them without issue. But buying from them a grail watch that would otherwise typically appreciate in value with full original papers from an AD is a no-no. That stuff matters on that level.

I m in Dubai and I saw somewhere they deliver in Canada to. For other then fragrance, on a youtube video I saw they sell genuine sruff but for watches,, if you wear it once, they probably won’t follow yp with the warranty coz it is grew market( end of line, surplus etc) and to get the prices they have, they just can’t survive with repair. The video Im speaking about was a connaisseur in watch mechanism and he had an exemple about a watch not keeping time. Jomashop could not tell if the watch fell off but they said I has been worn.
@gaetanguimond1911 wearing it shouldn't matter. How else can you tell when a product is defective. You kind of need to test it out. That's a terrible policy. 😔
Great question. I think it's a similar model to Amazon. Combination of their own inventory (negotiated wholesale rates or overstock and the savings passed onto the customer) and private sellers who join their platform to sell products. Jomashop appears to guarantee the authenticity and quality of the products sold on their site. I've seen some bad reviews here & there but overwhelmingly positive reviews overall. They seem to respond to all critical feedback in a productive manner as well.
I have only bought watches from them and they are 100% legit with the watches, the deal is you don’t get the warranty from the factory like Seiko Hamilton Tissot etc… and if your buying watches under $1000.00 it great not sure I would buy a Rolex from them but sub 1k absolutely it’s half price
As noted in my comment, I bought a Gevril Seacloud that retailed for $3095 on their website. I bought it on Jomashop for $275 and had no problem registering for Gevril international warranty.
Jomashop is a Grey market seller, which means they are not an authorized retailer of the products they sell. The products you buy will be authentic, but the manufacturer warranty will be void. The buyer is thus reliant solely on whatever warranty Jomashop offers.
They get their stock from ADs that need to clear out slow selling or old stock and sometimes even from the manufacturers themselves for the same reason. Jomashop gets them at cost, which is really low. Watch manufacturer margins are about 20-50%. Retail markup is usually at or near 100%. That's right: that $10k Omega you see at a authorized dealer cost them $5k from the manufacturer and Omega requires them to sell it for that. Jomashop will get it from the AD or the manufacturer at that same $5k and sell it for $7500 instead of $10k because as a non-AD, they're not bound by manufacturer pricing requirements.
@mitchellbeach5247 yikes, I'm so sorry that happened. See, that's why I'm nervous to venture outside of fragrances or trinkets. It's weird bc the comments have been all over the place. I'm thinking I'll keep my purchases low risk and use best judgement until I get burned. *Knock on wood*
Great question. I believe you can since they guarantee the authenticity of the products sold on their site. However, I've never needed to return anything personally so I'm not familiar with the process.
Oh yeah?! Please tell me more. Did something happen that you're willing to share? Even though I've shopped a few times, I'll be honest... I still feel slightly uneasy. What was your experience?

Have bought more tan 25 fragrances from them 1 Maison Margiela came broken, fragrances are real, as also their Customer Services is really bad.
Wow! So you’re really familiar with JS. That’s great. I don’t think I’ve ever had to contact customer service. 🤔 *knock on wood*
But I’ve been satisfied with everything so far.
Thanks for sharing your experience. 🙏🏾
Personally I purchased 4 high end fragrances over a year ago, but knowing how they smell, knew immediately they were dupes, refund please! Never did that again. I kept an oil because I felt it was good, it's bad, doesn't last bad experience for me.
That's crazy. Was the refund prices seamless?
It was through customer service, they handled it as if they were use to doing it.
Gotcha
I ordered a costly necklace from them a week ago…no tracking number, no one manning their phones during office hours, and no reply to my email. Not a happy camper!
Oh my! See... That's my fear. I'm too nervous about spending on big ticket items with them. Promise me you'll come back and let me know how things work out. 🙏🏾
@@JustaFashionGirlfromChicago l’ll let you know. No response from several inquiries but I noticed my $$$ cc charge is still pending. At this point I wouldn’t do business with them again.
@@mariettagaravaglia9707 anyupdate?
@@mariettagaravaglia9707 Hello, has your order arrived?
I used the customer service for a return on an item that had the incorrect specs. They took it back, no problem at all. Customer Service was excellent 😅...
That's heartening to hear ❤️
I bought some oakleys they feel off. They don't have the stickers that usually come with them.
Interesting 🤔
You think they're fake? 😨
Stickers? I just bought a pair of oakleys from sun glass hut… I didn’t get any stickers
Thank YOUU!! GOD BLES YOU!!!!!
Shipping was respectable? What’s respectable? How long did it take?
About 10 days
@@JustaFashionGirlfromChicago dang!!! I just ordered a scent couple days ago. I still didn’t even get an email with tracking. That’s something they need to improve on.
@@Natureboy207 agreed!
@@Natureboy207did you receive your order? i ordered yesterday and no email, i call them during their working hours and it says their offices are closed
Did you buy the watch? I am thinking of buying a $500 watch from them.
Nope, haven't gotten up the courage to do it.
If you read through these comments, there are enough bad stories to give you pause.
However, if you're ok with risking $500, then 🤷🏽♀️
If you do it, use a credit card so you can cancel the charge in the event things don't work out.
Do not!!! You are going to lose your money. I am trying to go through my bank to get my money back for a product they did not send.
Update: I bought the $500 watch from them. Shipped quickly and very happy with purchase at a great price. Advise: make sure the watch is in stock before you purchase.
@nealhamamura4263 thanks for sharing 🙏🏾
@kelechiuzoukwu8007 oh no, sorry to hear that 😔
Ordered a perfume from Jomashop, yesterday was the 5th business day and my order hasn’t been shipped yet, talk more of it even getting to me.
Yeah, it takes about 10 business days in my experience to receive the items.
@@JustaFashionGirlfromChicago hmmmm….that’s bad tho. Even when one pays for delivery?
@@JustaFashionGirlfromChicago will share an update here if the order ever comes.
@@Nig_USA please do! 🙏🏾
@@Nig_USA yeah! It's awful. I'm 2024... That's terrible lead time. If you need something right away, Jomashop is not the right place. 😂
I learned that the hard way. I've ordered a few more times after making this video. Still haven't been scammed or anything. But the shipping lead time drives me mad.
Are some of the bottles different but authentic with their fragrances?
Nope. Same bottles and also authentic.
Only problem they don’t send tracking number after purchase
They do, after it ships.
Where is it based? Is it in the USA? 🇺🇸
You know, great question. I have no idea. 👀
How do you know 100% you bought the legit product?
Great question. I don't know. LOL
In my opinion, it smells real. But to your point, there are some pretty amazing replicas out there. So to be fair, I don't REALLY really know. 🤷🏽♀️
Jomashop shipping sucks i’ve been waiting for them to ship my package and it’s been a week and a half still no signs of shipping. They marked my package as ship so I can’t get a refund. They act like the package has to go through customs but it’s New York to Chicago🤦🏽♂️ this is a true review
I just ordered from them again actually. I was nervous that this would be the time that I got scammed.
It took 14 days to receive my item.
The shipping communication was non existent. I was pretty sure they got me.
But then, boom... The fragrance arrived. 🤷🏽♀️
The shipping is inconsistent
@darrellowens1947 no lies told LoL
OOO THANK YOU GIRL!
Do they deliver worldwide?
Great question. I don't know the answer though.
Do you know how they are able to offer the deals? Are they getting the product as overstock or something?
Great insights - much appreciated!
@@JustaFashionGirlfromChicago Good stuff to know. Thanks for all the insights and the video!
I would of been pissed i got Carlisle and amwage 25 i got the real deal
I have only bought watches from them and they are 100% legit with the watches, the deal is you don’t get the warranty from the factory like Seiko Hamilton Tissot etc… and if your buying watches under $1000.00 it great not sure I would buy a Rolex from them but sub 1k absolutely it’s half price
Nice 🙂
As noted in my comment, I bought a Gevril Seacloud that retailed for $3095 on their website. I bought it on Jomashop for $275 and had no problem registering for Gevril international warranty.
@Feldos52 wow! 😯
Do you know the reason why Jomashop is able to sell these luxury items so much cheaper?
Definitely don’t buy from this place. They sent me an empty seiko watch box told me to get stuffed when I asked for my money back
Whaaaaaat?!!!! That's awful! When did this happen? I'm guessing it's still not resolved?
Yeah I’m still fighting it will. But thankfully it was only an $80 seiko. Thought I could save a tiny bit of money. Backfired clearly
@@JustaFashionGirlfromChicago yeah I think that’s the best bet. Their supply chains are just too sus to risk it on big purchases
@mitchellbeach5247 good advice
Awesome video
Thanks Dan!
Can you return purchases?
Great question. I believe you can since they guarantee the authenticity of the products sold on their site. However, I've never needed to return anything personally so I'm not familiar with the process.
I love Jomashop!
Gracias!!!
De Nada
Bye.
Get to the point!
😂
Jomashop is a sleazy 🤡 show.
Oh yeah?! Please tell me more.
Did something happen that you're willing to share? Even though I've shopped a few times, I'll be honest... I still feel slightly uneasy.
What was your experience?
I've received a watch from them earlier this month. No problems,no hassles,no worries.
Yes, please elaborate. I'm scared, but want this bottle of perfume and have read mostly positive experiences.
@JanaINJax my recommendation is to go for it. Since this video, I’ve made 2 more purchases. No issues. The shipping isn’t lightening fast but certainly worth the wait for the amount of savings.
@@JustaFashionGirlfromChicago Thank you! Worth the wait if i'm saving $60. Awesome review, very thorough! Thanks again. :)
Is shipping times slow? I finally found a 5.1 oz bottle prada lhomme at jomashop just now but ive heard that they actually lie about having items in stock.
I would say it takes about 10 days to get your items.
