The "Three Stooges" were so on point one would think they rehearsed their comedy routine, i haven't had such a hearty laugh in a long long time... Ryan, your Landlord is a real special guy, his attitude is spot on and he's as quick as a whip, his two helpers were comedy gold as well (and real nice guys).
MacGiver is becoming a real internet show man, Ryan is a reality tv genius, I love the way the channel is going for the winter!

After watching the guys working on the oil fired heater I think the thing you need WAY more than tools is insurance. That heater looks like it could become a blowtorch in a heartbeat.

Can’t really tell what is happening in people’s lives from little 1 hour snippets on social media. You can see that Ryan has a soft spot in his heart for Jr & Sr. I wish there could be some motivation to get Jr. Into the care of a good team of healthcare professionals that could get his health headed in the right direction. His health is holding him back you can absolutely see it. It is all fixable Jr. It’s never too late to start! You can do it!!!

@@NoName_213 I really hate to say it but I agree, but I think he can turn it around, he has to get working out and simply cutting out the sugar, really worried for him, I can tell he can barely breathe, he looks extremely inflamed, he's a ticking time bomb I extremely doubt his body can handle it for much longer
i agree especially when ryan put the pic of then from a few years ago and jr looked less then half his size. his breathing is getting worse, i really hope they get him a dietician, i was pushing 310 and im at 235 now after a year and thats just watching what i eat and cutting out eating snacks. proper diet would work wonders even if he didnt exercise

Ryan, I love these videos of you guys setting up the shop. The walls look soooooooo much better! Your comment about borrowing equipment and returning it in better condition than when you got it is something my father taught us to do. I remember he borrowed a neighbor's lawn mower and before he gave it back, it washed it, scrubbed off all the grass from the deck, checked the oil, filled it with gas and then returned it. The neighbor was so impressed he wanted my dad to borrow everything he had in garage...LOL.
Love the 3 guys and their sense of humor too. Old friends for sure who enjoy each others company.

The shop is really coming together! The white paint made ALL the difference. It's so much cleaner and brighter in there. I would hang some gridwall or pegboard or even plywood above the toolbox and use it to hang things like cords, air hoses, whatnot. I would also recommend getting that merch up off the ground. As someone who has had several floods, never leave valuable stuff on ground level. Get some shelves, or even pallets for now.
Leaving the boxes of merchandise by the door was tempting fate.
I was worried about water also! Get more pallets and get boxes off the floor!

Edit: First tools in a box like that should always be Impact guns! And an big boy Air powered impact gun since you have the big compressor. Say bye bye to those stubborn bolts if you're ever working on your tandem or quad axle or any vehicle for that matter!

Great video again! I stumbled upon your channel on accident about 6 months ago and it has filled a void for me. My Brother was a concrete man for over 20 years, and you remind me a lot of him in a lot of ways. When I watch your videos it sort of captures some of what I lost when he died of Cancer earlier this year. I miss his calls at the end of our work day discussing our day, and talking about what was on tap for the rest of the week. Thanks Ryan!

I was missing seeing Daryl Jr this year in the concrete video's. I'm super glad he gets to be part of the second channel. It's nice to see a boss that care more about the person than the amount of work you can get out of them. I know it's not profitable, but you can tell he looks forward to coming in.

@@SavageMcChillen I work for a guy like Ryan and when we go get lunch or go to a gas station I never put my stuff up on the counter and make him pay for it. And I sure don’t put stuff in a buggy and make him pay for it. All the Daryl’s do is take advantage of there boss. Daryl sr got suspended for 2 weeks but did daryl jr show up. NO. he sat his lazy self at home and probably talked bad about Ryan. But there again he only shows up on Fridays.

Kid needs to do some work on himself, cause he is killing himself in front of us all. No one is jealous of the kid who cant tie his shoes, drive a car, or even walk half a mile to a gas station.
