This rotary cutter is one of my favorites. I have the 45 and 60. If you are using a Stripology ruler, they work better than the Olfa. However, changing the blades feels a little dicey (I feel like it is like running through traffic with scissors!). .I use a pair of needle nose pliers which allows me to grip and place the blade easily.. I set mine in a tray to stay upright. I don't use Martelli blades (because I'm cheap!) , and I have never had any problems. The blades that I use are beveled on both sides v. one side. What Martelli does say is that blades that have notches (v. smooth round hole) can wear the spindle. I highly recommend this cutter.

I have a couple of these and I love them too.....and the blades seem to last forever.....

I’m waiting on mine to arrive. I’m hoping it is easier on my carpal tunnel than traditional cutters!
