I had to rewind the video because I thought I was tripping, I was like did their clothing change towards the end of the video? Lol.
2 minutes in and the tinfoil hat's already out 😂
😂😂😂
there are bad vaults.......oh you have no idea
Ironically Vault 4's a good vault only because it got out of hand relatively early and rebuilt independent of the original experiment.
Maximus was eating caviar!
6:54 Lucy 😉 Wanna..
Max 😅 Eh…nah..I couldn’t..
Lucy Cool 😎
8:30 Lucy 😉
Max😳
The conversation is awkward because Max doesn't know anything about sex, and Lucy knows pretty much everything about it, and comes from a culture that seems to be entirely up-front about sex and reproduction, for some reason.
@@AretaicGames Which actually set up for an interesting dynamic change. Lucy started as the damsel in distress looking at the ideal of a Knight in shinning armor. As soon as she figured out she’s more experienced she takes more of a lead role in the “courtship”
Vault 4 was having a Diddy party and Lucy got invited.
11:16 You're the first reactors I've seen who've noticed the wife's bogus claims at this point
this is my favourite episode of the series, looking forward to this watch.
The oyster scene was what initially got me to watch the show. Tiktok loves to put it on my fyp
Funny little easter egg, Sorrel Booker is the name of the guy who played Boss Hogg in "The Dukes of Hazard "!
Really excited for the rest of the reactions!
God this show is soo good lol i love watching your reactions and theories!! Cant wait for the reveals to come😌
the govermenttt
just to clarify each vault is a "experiment" Vault 4 was allowing scientist too run it and see how they could adapt with science
Nice vid keep up the good work
Great You spotted that is lucy's finger. And than you go wrong.
18:14 Its caviar, Fish eggs
10:59, "It was at this moment that she knew she F'd up!" She hesitates just for a second that she probably thought she had said too much, then tries to pass it off as "needing this job."
It's the same as the real world...War, war never changes...It's always the people in charge of the governments who start the wars and it's always the common people and the innocents who have to fight and die in those wars.
Your wife is sharp bro. Respect
Lucy got Rad Away earlier so she is okay rad wise
The pregnant lady looked like she was pregnant with the gulper(salamander monster)
The radaway took away her radation.
2:02 ngl she was spittin FACTS
Petite lady body temps are actually lower than big strong boys 💪
Lucy took Radaway. She's fine.
Came for 6:55😂😂😂 & 25:15😂😂
A lot of people think it’s a plot hole that the companies would do what they did cause the d make less money. But it makes sense. Proportionally they’d still be on top. They wanna govern their way and set things up so they will stay on top. It’s not about being a millionaire or billion etc as long as your the1% by a big margin. Today plenty have 100,000 which would be a lot back in the day but to be on top you need billions. Actors among actors even if they all have a million the ones with 100 million feel better than those with less. It’s all just a way to put value on humans that are otherwise equally the same. I have more that on paper contributed to me having all this value so do this for me and some of that will rub off on you aka money for services. I’ll drive a stranger that will go and party while I work cause said stranger is scratching off some value that I can use to later have some other stranger make food for me. (Aka money) restart the world and you can choose and develop how it’s run and the money is handled etc.
The year the show takes place in is 2296. Shadysands fell in 2277 or more specifically after 2281, based on the timeline details of one of the games at that time period, and eventually Shadysands was nuked. The date issue on the black board actually caused a little bit of a confusing angry mess in the community recently but, one of the game producers corrected the situation, thankfully.
The Rangers you see at the beginning are from the "govermint" or at least what's left of apart of it. The guy you see calling the shots at that dinner table is most likely a regional governor if not someone lower on the totem pole. The New California Republic once controlled most of what used to be pre-war California by the late 2270s but the heart of that government was in Shadysands. There were more cities and settlements all throughout California and a couple were almost as big as Shadysands by the time it was nuked so, there's a lot of history and detail here the show isn't exploring.
So, I'm assuming at some point after Shady was nuked everything fell apart which makes sense given a lot of lore at the time sort of supported that probable outcome eventually. You don't rebuild civilization without incurring development problems...and one catastrophic event is all you need to push it over. A lot of us older fans are hoping we get more specifics about all of that either in a new game or in the coming seasons especially given the fact several of the larger cities and settlements got along fine without being in the NCR for a long time.
It's more likely that the 'rangers' you were talking about aren't what's left of the NCR, but are in fact a NEW outfit trying to fill the void that the NCR's regional collapse left in the area.
@@caffeinedelusions Oh, no, I take it back. Those are "Sheriffs" but, you're not wrong. There's definitely regional powers trying to fill the void. If I recall originally regional governors ran the first five cities anyhow before they formed a full government so, I can imagine there's any number of bureaucrats trying to take power when and where they can.
Especially if you have some random woman inspiring a cult and commanding a small army of NCR troops. Like, Tommy's big brother who look to be a new generation or survivors of Shadysands and probably stragglers from the Hub or the state of Los Angeles since those are closer to Shadysands than the other cities and settlements.
Also, thinking about it there are plenty of settlements and cities that got along fine without the NCR before joining in the decades before like Arroyo, Vault City, Redding, and New Reno. I can imagine they're all doing fine on their own.
I cant stand them skipping the credit scene anymore 😭😭
19:09 The timestamp when Lucy realizes she was not taught the real history timeline... and the moment where the game's intro music starts, when she rises the New California Republic flag... It really gives me the chills...
I was just about to comment about that moment when the music starts and she holds up the flag gives me chills every time!
She WAS taught the real history/timeline. She just hadn't gotten an update on world history since the vaults closed in 2077.
Vault 4 was teaching the history of what was happening out in the world while Vault 33 was sealed up. Stuff that happened in the historical gap that Lucy wasn't taught.... because for a bunch of the people in Vault 4 that history is THEIR history.
