wait so once I'm done bleaching it and it gets to the color I want, then that's when I rense it?
+Static Form yes rinse it right when you achieve the color you want, so that it doesn't get lighter than you want, or over bleach

whenever i bleach something black it comes out a reddish orange color, did you use a special bleach. ahhhh help !
maybe leave it in longer! it may just be the undertone of the shirt, but I'd say just leave the bleach in until it reaches the color you desire
