- The 1955 Ford F100 Pickup "Shop Truck" from the 2016 Detroit Autorama....Built by Dustin Foust and Classic Restorations Of Southern Indiana over the past 16 years...That's right Dustin received this truck on his 13th Birthday and had been working on it ever since...Now he has built a few other Hot Rods in the mean time...But this one has always been special to Him....After 16 years he debuted it at the 2016 Detroit Autorama...How cool is that!?!?!...Be there to see it come off the trailer for the first time... HEY SCOTTIE I'VE READYNG A LOT OF CLASSIC TRUCKS MAGAZINES AND I NOTICED THAT MOST CLASSIC FORD TRUCKS & MERCURY CARS THEY PUT CHEVY & GM ENGINES AND ALL AGREED THAT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE
More true back in the day then now...The real reason was because there are so many and parts are easy to find for them...that also makes them cheaper to buy...Now if you want to do it right,,,,Ford in a Ford...Chevy is a Chevy...A HEMI in anything..lol

As you already know I'm a Mopar guy, But I'll admit the 56 Ford is one of my favorite body designs. The wrap around wind shield totally changed the look of the truck. I'm still searching for any footage of that lime green 57 D100 lol. Take care and thanks for the videos.

My buddy bought a 56 that he was supposed to build as nice as this one but life happened to him he got married and divorced and now it is an abandoned project. Very nice truck!
