- Hey Fairies,
So here is my process of getting my hair to my gray/ silver color. I did take a break in between processing my hair for about 4 days. You should never process your hair more than 3 times in a day. Processing hair 3 times is a lot but if you want silver hair, you gotta do what you gotta do haha. I can say my hair is still silky soft even after 6 processes. I hope you guys enjoy!

FYI for the future .. with any chemical .... Start from the back and work your way to the front ANNNNNND apply to the shaft of your hair 1st (working on the new growth) and once you're done you should then go back through and work on the roots & the ends. because heat generated from your scalp it will activate the processing of the lifter quicker from the root of the hair, which is why your roots were lighter than the shaft when you were done.
For me, the front/top/crown of my hair was the most resistant to bleaching so I realized I had to start there first

When using a all natural hair dye how long do I need wait too relax my hair
Adding conditioner does help with the potency of the bleach. Do you condition between steps. That will help also with the acidity of the bleach. You could go down to 20v since your initial process was a 30v. I absolutely love the blonde shade. Now that I'm old (70) my natural hair is that color😊❤️. Normally I do not like ash, but ash blonde is beautiful.
Verlenabydesign Sutton You are right, you can actually use a deep conditioner in the bleach mix as it helps the bleach get right in to the hair. It also helps to protect the hair during the bleach process or any dye used in the hair. x

Processing, is just entirely to long. If, u use "Olaplex" and their oil lightener u can get this Silver/Platinum quicker and much less damaging. No Bleaching!
COME WATCH ME let me again say this today. You cannot just use “olaplex”. There is olaplex 1,2 and 3. You cannot purchase olaplex 1 and 2 without a license. Olaplex also does not decrease the process time. Olaplex will dilute the developer and assist with protection with your hair. If you feel the process is too long then this look is not for you. Most stylist wouldn’t offer to do this in one day either

Love the color. Im actually doing my hair now. Bleached it yesterday from black to blonde. 4 more days will do the toner 4 days after the gray. I deep condition between each step. I pray my results are as good as yours

Love the hair color. Did you add the entire bottle of the 050 r just a portion of it? LOL last time I tried to use 050 it turned me a lovely bright blue color. Also your makeup at the end of the video is stunning.

It can burn your scalp if you leave it on past the recommended time. Now I will not lie as the hair lifts to the lightest pale yellow. You’ll hear popping and fizzing on your hair. (Normal) that’s the bleach and developer lifting your hair color. Now at some point you may feel an itching sensation. You of course though want to check your hair during that recommended time to make sure it’s lifting evenly and to make sure your hasn’t had any breakage and make sure it still strong like when you started. Follow that and you’ll be fine.
I love it but thats just to much to do, thats, why I let mine naturally allow to turn silver, white or whatever color it's gonna be.

When lifting hair there is always some form of damage, but with time. Full moist comes back. I can also say bleaching is the best experience for my curls. After a touch ups I call them superwoman curls ☺️

Hello Laurasia, hope all is well. I need your advise. my natural hair is pepper and salt and for years I've tried to color it but all of the colors faded making it a hot mess. Have you tried 7th Stage Creme Hair Lightener and activator? I used to use it when I bleached my buzzcut because my hair is very hard to lighten as well.

the first time you said 1oz t18 + 2oz developer + 3 caps of 050 but it didn't really do that much to your hair. second time you said you used the same formula, yet your hair was this silver colour. Am I missing something?

This is Zena Gentris.. I followed you when you first dyed your hair using the booster, and copied your same process. So many women says the toner don't last long; i don't want to use that. Why we can't keep using the same products?

Try soaking all the hair in coconut oil prior to colouring or bleaching. I've fine it for years with good results and seemingly less damage. Google it and check it out. Looking good though. X

You should try Ion demi permanent in chrome they also have in permanent so make sure you check the box. Lol But it'll give you a richer silver all over. Otherwords, this color looks great! Werk it! 💜
