Budokai Tenkaichi 4 Expectations: Potential Characters List

- Budokai Tenkaichi 3 had 97 characters that you select on the select screen without transformations and fusions. Including those, the roster was over 150 characters. Can Budokai Tenkaichi 4 have more?
Its not only about whether or not it can (it can) but whether or not it should (it should). They set our expectations in 2 ways. One, this is part of the Budokai Tenkaichi series. Two, they said that the franchise is known for its "massive rosters of characters".

THEY set the expectations not us. But lets me realistic and see which characters can, will or should be carried over from Tenkaichi 3 and other games.

Nice video. Setting up sensate teams in 5 vs 5 was an important possibility in BT3, doing that requires a huge roster, so they shall have even much more chars than the ones featured in BT3. Discussing too much about which chars should be included is a little bit pointless to me: people want them all, especially the less important ones that other games tend to ignore, otherwise it won't be a worth sequel of BT3.
Besides DBS they shall feature also more from DBGT and a lot of stuff from Super Dragon Ball heroes, including the new demons in their different forms.
Yes, I want a roster with 400 chars at least just to start. It is also important that the roster appears a bit more ordered or let the user reorder the slots basing on their preferences.
Second: Giants must be reincluded. Xenoverse 2 not having them in the playable roster was a bit lack of the game, we are not having playable giants since a long time. That is a key point.
Third: Ultimate Tenkaichi was terrible due to not being immersive and having too long animations during fights. It was felt like watching a video rather than playing a game... terrible...
Fourth: Please avoid annoying HUD or writings on opponents that are the opposite of immersive action.
Fifth: Gameplay shall be as much similar to BT3 as possible, just with better graphics and a decent story mode full of WHAT IFs
To confront with the current era we need a well done online gameplay with different types of tournaments going on 24/7 (Fortnite style), featuring:
Classic Budokai Tenkaichi [rounds eliminations and you can spectate]
Tournament of Power [80 players on same stage all together or divided in groups of 10]
Next World Tournament
Cell Game
Space-Time Torunament
Plus if they insert character creator CAC option too with unlimited addon slots to the roster (what you create shall go directly in your roster, not just one character, as many as you want) and addon characters/accessories/clothes/hair/hats etc. in an online store being regularly updated they have success granted for a decade.
Great expetation video bro . I agree with you and probably mostly all non importante charaters might not show up such has freza's minions and charaters like that ( the most unknown ones)
